All I learnt about listening to the forum is that I should not go to the Mem on a motorbike and expect my season ticket to work from the wallet on my mobile phone because it’s to cold on the bike! Good job I travel over in the car, will save me £15 by not having to buy a card!

With all the talk of aiming for a Championship place the owners have appointed somebody who's spent his career at smaller clubs.

I really don't understand the bringing every player back for corners. If you leave one up top, the opposition will usually leave one or two back with them. Take into account the player taking the corner, plus their keeper. You still have more players in your own box than they do. Exactly, and it also puts an element of doubt in the other teams mind that they need to be a bit careful with the corner to not face a quick counter attack. But hey, my only managerial experience is from championship manager on the PC some time ago so I'm sure MT knows a bit more than me about football so fair enough. You can't argue that our defense is a lot better these days.

Matty Taylor used to rent the house next to my mum in Emersons Green. I trust she put a dog turd through his letter box?

With all the talk of aiming for a Championship place the owners have appointed somebody who's spent his career at smaller clubs. Surely thats exactly what you want-Someone with a proven track record at clubs such as our own. People who have been working within bigger set ups are used to having clearly defined jobs and loads of people around them to support them. At a smaller club you need to be a jack of all trades who will work well within a team of people and get stuck in when the situation arises. Do you honestly believe that someone in his position at say Man United would be sitting in that forum last night debating the £15 charge for cards or talking about souvenir programmes or dropiing 50:50 sales? Its a completely different culture and many people who are used to working in a much larger and preofessional set up find it very hard to adjust to a much more hands on approach of smaller organisations .

I mean it's a bit impractical and possibly unfeasible. If it's bagged up neatly to prevent mess getting on the perpetrator it's sort of pointless.

Then again somebody who's worked at a smaller Championship side may know what's needed to become one, I very much doubt somebody who has spent their career at PV & Lincoln as a clue.
Having said that what Richie said at the FF was a damn sight more encouraging than we've ever heard from TG, who always gave the impression fans were an irritant to him.

Just watching the Forum event now and some good stuff going on. Wow though aren't there some bloody moaners in the crowd .... One voice I recognised and wouldn't shut up as per normal going on about change management and how the club should apply themselves better. So many on their own agendas moaning about tickets and having old phones and other trivia. One woman calls for the return of Jed Ward and is quickly closed down by MT which made me smile. Good Question on Social Media and the players looking at it which was an eye opener.I loved Bryant's comment - I don't look at it but my Mum does! He joked about not yet being criticised.

The comments about that large TV screen seem a bit odd, are the club now looking at alternative sites for it or doesn't Richie realise they've recently got planning permission for one?

Probably wise to cut him some slack here. He seemed in the dark on this. Its not part of his remit. He probably is still coming to terms with The Gas conundrum.

Give him a break - he's only been with us 5 minutes! And does a large screen really matter anyway - amazingly Liverpool have survived without one and have no intention to install one!

For the knob head on the front row who was giving MT a hard time about why he didn't have one up at corners when MT Said "we can't defend corners that is why I have everyone back."
I hope you are now willing to apologise. MT has conclusively been proven right after the first half at home against Wigan

Needs to be an open ended paper bag, so when they come through the front door, they stand on it and it all gets a bit messy. So, I have heard.
