Really hoping he can gain some form as we are crying out for someone who can create and pose a goal threat
If Conteh and Lindsay are doubts to play the 90, surely he has to feature?
Another option is to go more attacking with a 3-4-3, with Omichere, Forde and Sotoriou all starting?
Either way, as MT said, this will be a tough game as Wigan have some quality in their ranks.

Like to think we can start regularly beating the bigger sides at home now.
We always seem to raise our games for the likes of Bolton Wigan Charlton etc but we need to now beat them. Looking forward to Huddersfield especially.

From the comments on their forum - they have no one that can hold the ball up and no one in midfield that can take control and always sit too deep. Sounds like two well matched teams then.

How many variables there?
Anyone attending the other less publicised rogue Gas meeting on Thursday where the chance to meet former striker legends, headlined by God Sir Ricky Lambert, will be aware the traitorous sausage is plotting our downfall by working for the opposition - striker coach for Wigan - in his first role back from football retirement in any direct capacity apart from playing.
Good luck with that.....just not twice a season, this one being first.
I see this as a regulation challenge opposition that will aim for a top 10.

We could potentially be without much of a midfield today, although you would hope others will step up if selected I’d be tempted to go attack minded today, get at them early and pose problems.
