sh** defending from set pieces and in open play when we haven’t got the ball conteh is the only midfielder who knows what to do.
Garret and Hutchinson both remind me of Westbrooke only interested when we’re in possession.
This squad won’t do anything with this formation.

This is totally unacceptable. Midfield is non existent and so are the forwards. Thank God for Griffiths but you can say that about every game this season. Taylor needs a big rethink and the players a rocket up their arses!

Keeper could have came and punched the corner away for the first goal instead of being rooted to his line but the defence were just ball watching.
2nd goal again no reaction from our defence.
We are so slow and predictable midfield getting over run really could/should be 0-4.

Started off so well...
Classic case of we haven't taken our chances. They get 2 set pieces and score..
Wigan goal keeper is terrible, we need to put him under more pressure.
Do we have a midfield?
Hutchinson off - Forde on
Thomas also needs to take it his man, keeps cutting inside to pass or passing backwards.

Looks like my prediction of Taylor no idea out by Christmas is on. Absolutely clueless. Next week we should be working on how to defend corners 👍. Want to see 2 upfront but he’ll more than likely take promise off for Forde 😴

Garner and Barton both tried 3 at the back and it never worked in fact a fair few managers have tried it over the 40 years I’ve been following and it’s never been successful. Also i just don’t see how it suits this squad. |
