I am so bored of watching the ball go backwards and sideways. What’s the point of attacking players like Thomas who are constantly playing with their back to the opposition goal He’s playing back to goal because he’s a right sided left footed wing back. Such a waste. |

Last season the midfield was our only strong area. On today's showing it is by far the weakest, losing almost all second balls and not providing any options to the defence. Very poor first half.

Somehow we've got to win the midfield, unless Lindsay is match fit then I'm not sure without Ward that we've got the players to do it.
Hutchinson and Garrett both look far too lightweight for L1, added to them McCormick is similarly lightweight.
Sotiriou may as well come join us in the stands for what he's done in the first half.
Given how all the subs are warming up I doubt any of them are coming on after the break
