With no game on Saturday, it will be interesting to see what players are selected.
With so many youngsters on loan, I expect Hall and Shaw would be the only younger players, but Hutch, Sousa, Forbes, Macca, O'Donker and Forde will probably feature.
A win will set us up for a table topping decider with Exeter.

Personally I'd play the strongest team available, rubbish competition, but we need the money, and obviously it's Swindle FC, enough said.

Hall Moore Taylor Forbes Sousa Garrett Kofi Thomas Hutchinson Forde GOD
Something like that. Give the 'reserve' players a game but keep it semi strong by our terms.

Agree - we need to continue building the match fitness and sharpness with players as well as getting them to know each other’s game. Let’s play a strong side and keep the winning sequence going - clean sheet would be a bonus as well

When does Forbes join up with the NI U21 sqaud, if it's this week then central defence is an issue, although I doubt Mola will complain if he's asked to play again this week, plus we need to fit Bilingo into the team somewhere.

I personally don't care about this competition so rest Bilongo IMO. MT and the players might disagree. No idea on Forbes though - good point. Might have to be Taylor-Wilson again.

No game Saturday, how much rest do they actually need? Only competition we have any chance of getting to a final, even if it's crap.

Probably also the only chance of making big money from a game this season, given that we never seem to get a Premiership side in the FA cup.
(On that basis If the VP is picking the side then he'll no doubt pick the strongest side available) 🤔

Hutch needs minutes, as does shaq. I wouldn't risk Ward for this match personally as we don't want another Rossiter injury over this comp. We have enough depth in the squad to be competitive whatever team is put out hopefully

A lot of players need some minutes but at the same time there is no game this weekend. Think it'll be a mix. Unlikely that the like of Ward and Wilson will play.
I am still waiting for a couple of B teams to make it to the final when everyone can see what a farce it is when there's only a couple of thousand at Wembley. Most recent finals have had well supported teams so unfortunately the organisers consider the whole competition a success.
I also see the new B team venture in the National League didn't get off to the best of starts last week with a bunch of record low crowds.

Put out a strong team, big win, onwards and upwards.
£10 pay on the day, 2 hour drive each way for me but still tempted. Might make a last minute choice depending on the weather.

I'd play a full strength side I would play a strong side, but some players need games and others need a rest. I would put Sinclair on the bench, he's played a lot of games for his age and completed the 90 minutes on Saturday. I would rest Conteh as well, as I take it he's going on international duty. I think Taylor Moore will start, as he's not started a game in a while and one of our best defenders. Forde needs minutes, so hopefully he will start. I think Thomas needs a start, if he's fit. He wasn't on the bench on Saturday and was on the bench on Tuesday, but didn't come on. So, is he carrying an injury, or out of favor. ]
