Just wondering a way i could watch the game this weekend pal , because i want to watch it if that’s alright 🤨 Do u want to pay or not ?. I subscribe to VM maxi package which allows most GAS games on sky sports plus. Alternatively when there not on you can buy a ticket via the club website. So the answer is sky sports + or via club website . If you can't afford it or live far away then there is streamming facilities avaliable. I think some foreign channels do it I heard. Also I think pubs do some live games via sky sports +. I believe sky sports + games can be watched on downloaded mobile phones for free but not too sure. Click at bottom to get access to FA cup games !. sporticos.com/en-gb/league/england/fa-cupSo you are saying it will be on BRTV if one is overseas. No live FA cup games showing on sky+.

However is that a link to where i could find it ? It sounds like it's on ESPN + www.livesportsontv.com/match/bristol-rovers-vs-weston-super-mare-1613311

I see Weston have sold all of their tickets. Why not give them some more?

I see Weston have sold all of their tickets. Why not give them some more? They've already got the full allocation for away fans, segregation would be virtually impossible anywhere else.

Why can’t they have all of it, or at least another section? For a number of reasons the club only want a certain ammount of away fans. I agree with you and have been raising this issue for years. Maybe it's policing : exit points and safety access. And most fans agree with the club on this policy. I anticipated once the capacity increased away allocation will. I was wrong !.

It's stupid because it's WSM. Just give them them as many tickets as they need or open sales for all areas.

Why can’t they have all of it, or at least another section? Agreed. As the South stand is a no go area for Rovers fans, segregation wouldn`t appear to be an issue. Is it really that much more of a problem, if WSM have just over 2,000 tickets, rather than just under?

Sat.19th October.
Initial allocation of over 1300 sold.
Sat 26th October.
Second allocation of 500+ on sale.
Weds 30th October.
Three subsidised coaches nearly full. Extra tickets practically sold out.

Tickets were available at two home matches on the Saturdays and throughout the day this week.
WSM have not requested extra tickets. No evidence of unsatisfied demand.

Looks like WSM were selling tickets at last couple of games once people were beyond the turnstiles and paid for those games. Someone feel free to correct me as only briefly scanned their media output. They could say this was a way to ensure tickets went to genuine fans although many would say it's a way to get a bit more cash. Imagine the backlash if others did this. The last batch of 500 did take time to sell so I'd imagine the argument from us would be that the demand has peaked. Their argument that any extras now would be in batches of 10's not 100's. Should have done dynamic pricing 😉.

Hasnt the reason already been stated on here (though would be nice for club to confirm a number of things re the south stand) - numbers are limited by entrance turnstiles for away fans? You cant get 3500 through two (is it?) turnstiles safely?

You cant get 3500 through two (is it?) turnstiles safely? Of course 3500 for away fans would be too much . Why can't the club offer 1500 seats and 600 terrace for leauge games . Currently they offer 600 terrace and 750 seats which sounds poor economics to me. For non leauge games Cardiff brought 1500 in the south stand for freindly. So there is scope to offer WSM another 300 tickets taking the total to 1500 stand seats 600 terrace total 2100. I'm still bemused why away fans can only be allocated 700 stand tickets in a 3500 seater stand for leauge games. I'm often in there and it's less than 50% full for home fans . P.s Bolton & Wrexham will be the test case. Will they allow around 1300 like the old tents or go for 2000 plus and make the cash. Let's not forget 6 plus clubs will bring 2k plus making the club extra revenue.

It’s a pity this game isn’t being shown on a legitimate pay-per-view channel (ESPN is an annual subscription channel and I doubt they will cover it anyway). I would happily pay £10-20 to watch this unique match at home. Like many, I have lost interest in suffering the discomfort and inconvenience of going to grounds, especially archaic ones.

Apparently the turnstiles at the away end can't cope with anymore fans, if the stand was designed on that basis then there's not much the club do about it now.
