There was absolutely no need to make that game that tight, we were well on top. Taylor didn’t even make mass subs either, he just changed the formation needlessly.
However, onto the positives, a win at home, clean sheet, 3 points off the playoffs and let’s be honest our performances can only get better.
But I did think winning would make me feel a bit better I must admit 🤣

But if we don't make subs and they do, that would also change the perspective and leave MT open to criticism. Sometimes he can't win..... I can't understand why MT want to 5 at the back just after the Sky commentator suggested that we looked like scoring everytime we attacked!

An important win and a well worked goal. Very lucky with the disallowed goal, as no way was he interfering from the camera angle behind the goal, but we’ll take it!

We papered over the cracks. Let's be honest we were poor . They were unlucky not to get a point. On a hiding at Reading me thinks. Get rid of Taylor he's a joke

Buzzing with the 3 points!
Strange game. Thought Taylors formation change and subs put us under a lot of pressure unnecessarily
Any team outside of the relegation zone and it could have been a different outcome
Bring on Saturday!

Rode our luck but defended quite well second half. Can't knock the effort. Think we hit the woodwork 3 times as well.

Luke Thomas so unlucky at the end not to score a World class goal! Playing in the position we've all been saying he should be playing rather than LWB!! Anyway good to see him back on the pitch.

Shrews disallowed goal...
Pretty fortunate. Marquis stood offside, but was he really in Griffith's eyeline?
Who cares? Three scrappy points and we're looking at the play offs again
Edit: Well done to Griffiths for appealing. Without that, the ref and lino would not have a decision to make.

Poor game but 3 important points, mainly for Taylor. Very lucky regarding the offside decision, but you have to admit, if we had been playing a better side, dread to think what would had happened. Very much what I expected, scrape a win and Taylor lives to fight another day (game) …. To be continued 🙄. Ridiculous how tight the league table looks from 15th upwards UTFG!!
