I only saw the second half but from what I saw we were by far the better team. The pitch looked heavy and Maccs set out to make it difficult for us rather than put their stamp on the game. It was scrappy but we deserved to win. It is frustrating but we have nothing to fear from the run in and the play-offs, should we be in them. Easter will have better days for us and could have had a couple. Taylor played well as usual. Biggest positive for me was the midfield which looked very solid and Lines was our biggest threat. With Mansell to come back we have good options. Got to keep at it, we have some quality in comparison to the teams around us and we can make that count. Biggest frustration still is that our awful first three games may well cost us automatic promotion. UTG! biggest frustration for me this season is the amount of draws, 15 to date. the inability to turn draws into wins has been the undoing of our tittle aspirations this season. turn 7 of the 15 into wins and we would have practically been home and dry. |

As for the game itself I think it was a good point in a difficult game, could quite easily have come back with nothing so be glad of what we got and push on. The rest of our games should be easier for us and the teams around us still have a couple of games that could drop them points too.
