5-1 hammering. 8,455 putting money in the pot.
above grimsby, so got that place in our hands now. their winning run ended.
pulled back 4 goals on GD. Grimsby GD looks catchable now.
Barnet struggled against the only team I would say [judged on our two wins against them] are a total push-over and look out of their depth.
Akinde booked.
What's not to like?

Only 8? He got booked twice and sent off against somebody didn't he? It's so confusing which yellows count. re confusing -true! re double yellow - that's not the issue. i think we all can agree that only the first yellow of his two yellows in one game count towards the 10 yellow ban. No, the issue isthat Barnet fans swear that the stats on soccerbase, BBC and even their official website [as it is taken from PA reports] are wrong as it was wrongly reported that he got a yellow vs maccesfield earlier in the season, when it was actually given to someone else. Probably the only way of knowing for sure will be later today or maybe tomorrow when anyone can check the FA websiteand see if he is listed in the 'one caution away' stats of players who are on 9 yellows (or even 14, a southport player is close!) if he is not listed, they were right. if he is listed it will be a very interesting to see what comes out of the Barnet camp! I remember him only being on 4 when they played us at the Mem, yet many believed he was on 5. So in that case, he's on 8! Bit of a waterer that!

I honestly can't see anything but wins for Barnet and Grimsby on Monday against two poor sides in or around the relegation zone. We have the hardest game of the three. So we'd better win, I think.

I'd argue we have the easiest of the three games. Kidderminster are awful, can't buy a win at the moment. And with nothing to play for.

Kidderminster is a must win just to remain in touch with Barnet for the final 3 matches. with Barnet having an early kick off - Barnet dropping any points, is a massive positive incentive to take control. Barnet win would put them effectively 5 points clear, which changes the narrative to anything other than a Rovers win, Barnet could then afford to lose one and still remain ahead of us.
