We'll stuff Alfreton.Town not much bigger than Keynsham. Was there yesterday. Not football related.Tiny little club.Relax boys.We will go up in the end but being Rovers we have to do it the hard way.Everything still to play for.P.S. Easter's fitness a real worry.Another Brunt? Not sure if it has changed but I always remember a funny old stat that the smallest town with a Football League club was a certain... Mansfield!

We stick with DC whatever happens.... Christ some people have short memories Exactly right. I think DC is picking a team to play on what he thinks the pitch will / could be like. My memory may be frazzled but I seem to remember him getting stick at one point. Was it Halifax where the pitch was crap and everyone said he should have played Blissett and a long ball game? As it turned out we managed a draw there. Maybe instead of picking a team for the pitch he should just say feck it (although I'm sure he won't use those words) and pick a team week in, week out who are performing. Maybe he thought using Leadbitter in defence but also having him as an attacking option wouldn't have worked yesterday, because of the pitch. But then maybe he should get that thought out of his head and just play him. And Dawson too.
Get the ball wide, on the floor. Heaps of crosses into the box.........
Pure speculation... .......The second I got there and saw the team and saw the pitch (dry and very uneven)and the swirling breeze, I thought it was all wrong. And that's NOT hindsight. Those conditions were crying out for pace and playing it on the ground. SERIOUS mistake. that's not

Does the uneven pitch make it difficult for wingers / wing backs whatever you call them to control the ball. I reckon that's what DC was thinking.

nah not over the top for me fella, and that post was remarkably calm, hope you are really as dissapointed as me, i feel sick im shaking cant stand up, want to go and beat the dung out of someone or something, hoping all my dads family die slowly and painfully as they are Sh1!heads, somehow i really dont think you feel anywhere near as dissapointed as me or ever will Either you have a very deep, dark, sense of humour that frankly escapes me or you're a deeply disturbed individual who needs help and shouldn't be loose in the community until you've received it and get a clean bill of health from at least a dozen eminent physiatrists. Wow you signed up to tell me something i already know, i do apologise that my brain is wired different to yours and also has be fried over the last few years, and after we lost our daughter my brain got double fried , oh n trick cyclists, councillors and other new age bendy waffle doesn't work, the meds suppress the feelings mostly but when i get low i get low, Just be thankful that you probably dont have stuff like this to deal with, do i like being the way i am ,no not really but it's the hand i was dealt and have to deal with it, oh and for your information, i didnt go and attack a stranger ,wend locked the door so i did what i can only do in these situations, i attacked my face and arms with a stanley knife. So rather than point out something that i and many others know, try and think why people post what they did ,we are all wired different , not asking for or expecting sympathy from yourself just maybe a little understanding
