WHAT A PASS!
That really is a fantastic bit of play from Taylor. Very strong hold up play and then a really very good pass to find Sinclair.
Sheer grit and determination from Stuey from there and that is why we love him!

Plus the new goalies decent goal kick.
That pass really does make you know who look stupid. Great vision to notice his run followed by an inch perfect pass.

Doubt we'll see a better pass all season if I'm honest.
To have the vision and skill to pull off an inch perfect reverse pass over 2 defenders was superb, Sinclair didn't even have to break stride.
With a left foot as good as that it makes it even more surprising he didn't shoot when he rounded the keeper against Northampton.
That pass last night more than made up for it though. They would be raving about that pass on MOTD had it happened in the Prem.
Great run and finish by Sincs too. Incredible, shows as much energy in the 94th minute as he does the 1st!

Excellent control & pass from Taylor, brilliant run and finish from Sincliar.
Watch Sinclair turn and sprint into space after the ball goes over him and the defender - training ground move?

Don't really understand what their left back is doing. Had they changed to four at the back by then, or is the left back so concerned with Leadbitter bombing on, that he's pushed up into midfield?

I think they were still 3-5-2 and the left sided central defender gets sucked into challenging Matty Taylor and missed Sinclair's run in behind him (see how he gets berated after the goal). The Left wing back was closer to the half-way line.

That pass is literally unbelievable. You will struggle to see a better pass than that in any league, in any country, for quite some time.
Absolutely useless.

Don't think MT needs lessons from anyone about touch, holding up or passing.

Matty and Sincs have obviously been practicing the power of positive prayer prior to this game and during half time.
Maybe they'll be on my Holy train of eternal Glory come next May?
Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."

Don't think MT needs lessons from anyone about touch, holding up or passing. Don't think anyone's questioned his build-up play it does just seem to be his finishing. Personally I do like him just think he needs to work on his composure, he does remind me a lot of Williams in front of goal in that if he's got time to think he won't score but if it's instinctive and has no time to think more often than not the ball will end up in the back of the net.

Spot on! And the good news is composure can be taught and improved, instinct can't.

We must all practice positive prayer and Holy meditations so that We may score goals and win games in God's righteousness. Are you ready to join me on the Holy Train of Eternal Glory in May?
