When did Rich leave? Init:( Think he was given some short shrift from some and from what I can gather was going through a tough time. Shame as this season really is becoming ground breaking.

Rich's presence is what we all need in seasons like this.
C'mon Rich your bus is running late! Or are there too many getting on?

When did Rich leave? He hasn't. He was Richherford and he's now just Rich. He had some family and health problems and seems to have dropped out.

There is and will forever be a little bit of Rich in Gaschat. Do we want him back? Yes. Do we need him back? No. We can do this without him. Realistic Goal. We all become a little bit excited about having a good season. Stretching Goal. Some of us write in a positive and supportive way about the possibility of making a good fist of the playoffs. Ground breaking Goal. Someone prizes Rich's cold dead fingers off the steering wheel and grabs the bus Keanu Reeves style and hurtles us towards Automatic Promotion while baggins cries like a girl in the back a la Sandra Bulluck.

In Rich's absence, surely the goal must now be the first ever team to win four successive promotions! ?

Rich's almost evangelical and consultant business bullsh1t really wound me up - to the point of me having to block him for the sake of my sanity. It always, to me, tempted fate rather than produce a positive view. However, I wish no-one any ill, and I hope that he and his have come through whatever issues they had, and hope he is still here, if only lurking in the background - but please no bus/goal/bull speak please.

Yes, I have been a bit quiet of late.
My mother died after a long illness and I've found out I've got a slow growing leukaemia, not life threatening yet but nevertheless unexpected news. Luckily I have a great family and as always they are a source of strength.
It's absolutely great that the team are doing so well. The future does look bright for the club. I'm sorry that some on here just got to me. It all became too personal and I decided that my musings were not helping.
I'm still around and will sometime soon get back involved with my thoughts on the future.
Happy days for so many.....

Sorry to hear your news Rich. It's never easy to lose parents - even if after a long illness.
Best wishes to you and your family, look after yourself.

So it's time for some considered thought. Last season we all bantered our way through and eventually the bus and its passengers were happy.
So with automatic promotion in sight I feel we should leave the bus behind. I've now got a plane and aiming higher. The driver (captain) is in place and I'm sat ready for a nice soft landing next week. Why have a suggested a plane for this final journey.
The view of the captain on a plane is always sunny if you go high enough! Well I and others are aiming high. Might as well. Nothing to lose. We have had a great run in and we deserve the automatic place.
Happy days. With help from others around us we might just make it. When we lost 2-0 last season at Barnet who would have thought Back to Back promotions would be possible. Certainly ground breaking if it occurs. Bring it on and enjoy.

Rich and Steve Hamer both like a good plane analogy. Never seen them in the same room. Funny, that..... Seriously, great to hear from you rich. UTG!

Feck me. We've moved from a battered old bus to an aeroplane.
