Can anyone do me a MASSIVE favour and sum this up for me very very briefly? Hard to make head nor toe of what is actually going on here in between all of the arguing! A consortium is about to take us over in the next couple of days and the UWE stadium will be ready for this weekend's game against Portsmouth. So it is made of Lego then?

Have you put together a Lego set recently ! It can take bloody hours ! To build a stadium out of Lego will take longer than using steel & concrete !

I'm guessing that leak came from a now ex Director? I see the Plymouth Herald is reporting Neil Warnock made his first visit to Home Park to watch Plymouth, I just wonder if he was watching their opponents for some reason? the leak I was sent came from a someone who works with Board but isnt a director.....and he's known for leaking

beats me why people think the identity of any bidder should be made public by themselves or the Board
1. the Board would be bound by a confidentiality clause before the identiy of bidders was known to even them. 2. any bidder may be considering several clubs. The last thing they'd want on their cv is they couldnt buy a run down 4th division club whose debts had risen 400% in 5 years........

I think what we're saying is that we'd like to know what these plans are. I think by leaking stuff, those posters are saying they'd like everyone to know what these plans are. By denying everything, NH seems to be saying he doesn't want us to know what these plans are. If NH doesn't want us to know what these plans are, I'm more inclined to want to know what these plans are. I think I agree with Antonio. I'm just getting confirmation from my analyst.
Daniel. I felt it was the right time to make the call. Time alone will show if I was right or wrong in my timing. I wish I could see the future sometimes. But I can't so rather than let what I believe plan B to be to keep running with no one the wiser I made the call. I can assure you I truly did what I felt was right. UTG
So it's not a member of the consortium or BoD who made the call to go public but a forum user? Let's hope for all our sakes you've made the right call.

If so, is he pro the consortium bid?

I hear that a consortium, led by glaxosmithkline, are interested in the contents of Baggin's flask. The MoD are also interested in the contents for use in a chemical weapon. I can't say much more than that.

I live on Cheswick and came back at lunchtime and drove past Sexton and 2 other guys at the UWE stadium gates. 1 could've been Ed Ware, but not sure. Whether coincidence or not, good to see UWE not dead yet!

I have it on good authority from a VERY reliable source that it's possible that the duke of Guernsey (SL) is the main backer behind the consortium. His major plans potentially centre on revenue streams from conferencing facilities at the UWE stadium (looking to create a complete business conference planning and hosting business which covers the South West) but he could also want to bring Rovers under the Bristol Sport Ltd banner as a feeder club to City hence the plan to downsize the UWE to 15,000 capacity - I guess the idea is City push for the Prem and Rovers are the "development squad" at around L1/Champ level.
I do know a bit more than I'm saying here but I have to keep that to myself for legal purposes.
I hope you all understand that I've taken this decision very seriously and in the best interests of the club.
I've made the call on making this public, guys.

I dony want to be any part of Bristol Sport. I want my club to reach the Prem before that heap of sh**e in BS3. I want my club to be playing in Europe every season, not be a junior club to that 82 lot. Blue is the color. Blue is a vibrant color. People will not be talking about BCFC1982 in a few years time. You can stick Bristol Sport where a monkey stuffs his nuts.
