Just saw a couple of things on Twitter. If there is any truth in this then I say "why the f@@@ not" There just maybe some element of truth but nothing official from the club as yet and maybe rightly so!!! The club? Who is the Club? The club is Chairman Higgs so he aint going to be publicising something he doesn't want publicising is he?

Can anybody explain why Gasincider/JTS were so concerned about Plan B earlier this week but now it seems the best thing what could have happened to Rovers? Surely if NH has allowed CS on to the BoD then he's pro the plans not standing in the way of them as they were suggesting/we spent 10= pages discusssing??

Maybe because the one who leaked the info to Gasincider and JTS wouldn't have a route to the boardroom if Plan B succeeds?

Hes a rapper why would he buy a football club? Keep up. Plan C wants to buy the football club. Plan B is being sung by Piggy Higgy and The Doughnuts.

I'd prefer if it was just one rich barsteward.
The word 'consortium' always set my antennae twitching.

The original tweet as far as I can see comes from the FFS Club Twitter account, so as I've said I'm still extremely sceptical. Found it now @ffsclub odd JTS(?) is tweeting that but not posting anything on here? Seems somebody is of the view CS joined on the insistance of the new investors? Or maybe CS joined the board to deflect some attention from NH and get the Propoganda bandwaggon rolling for plan B before Plan C becomes public

I just heard on twitter that I am not going out tonight. Now that is the truth. Anything else that has been reported as happening on twit sh** is dubious in my opinion

Surely if NH has allowed CS on to the BoD then he's pro the plans not standing in the way of them as they were suggesting/we spent 10= pages discusssing?? Plan A = Win Court case. Sell to Sainsbury's for £30m build UWE to original spec, club stays in current ownership.
Plan B = Lose Court case sell Mem for say £15m pay £10m loans off to Chairman Higgs & Co, £5m left over to go towards new stadium, hence 3 way partnership of £5m each for £15m and 15k capacity multi use sports complex. Club stays in current ownership.
Plan C - Chairman Higgs sells club to people who have the cash to build the UWE to original spec, and invest in the team. Club is in new ownership.
Sexstone will only be involved with Plan A or Plan B
The answer to your question is that there is a big difference between plan B and Plan C

Firstly i am sad i was the one who had to break this news - my reasons are honourable i assure you and i have spent many days considering whether i was right to do so
I have known about this for a period of weeks and have given ample time for it to surface itself - Sadly it has not - I believe what i have passed on to be true and if proved otherwise i am fully prepared to fall on my sword and apologise fully for being wrong as well as lose any respect i may/may not have from Gasheads - i feel supporters deserve to know something if it has a bearing on the future of the club we love and not just known to a few - i am also not a fan of 'i know something you don't know' and think everyone has the right to do know if its 'out there'
my tin hat is firmly on and i know i will come in for plenty of stick in fact its already begun - that is my issue and i will have to live with it - thanks for some of the kind comments and i promise you i have only done this because i genuinely feel its the right thing to do and will of course keep you updated if i find out anything new
Cheers and UTG - JTS

It needs for the people behind this bid to go public and tell the fans what their plan is and what has happened so far (clearly it hasn't gone smoothly or this would be something that the club were telling us about). People can then believe it and will have a cause to rally to. Higgs will than have to explain publicly why the bid is not a good deal for Bristol Rovers rather than himself. Fan pressure could make a huge difference to outcomes.
