He is being held back by Stewards at the tunnel and shouting/swearing at the fans, who are giving it back calling him an Effing idiot. |

Love how last season they were calling Cotts a professional and would much rather have him over DC who is a amateur for his pub antics.

fair play to City for dominating Lge 1 last season and winning JPT. And a lot of that squad were jems found for nothing in Lge 1 or rattling around in other levels without really doing themselves justice.
BUT they totally rested on their laurels and basked in their success, rather than improving their squad. Not a million miles from our relegation situation; stadium issues and glory (or in our case a lack of it...) led them to take their eye off the pitch.
They massively under-estimated the Champ, got rid of 2 players with vast Championship experience (Cunningham & JET) and massively over estimated a manager who has been successful in Lge 1 and Lge 2 but never done that well in the Champ.
They deserve everything coming to them. AND the lower you get the harder it is to get players in the transfer window, or even on loan. Players just don't want to come to a failing team in danger of relegation. Clough came on as sub for Bolton which suggests he isn't being sold this week! You HAVE to hit the ground hard in the Champ, or it just gets worse and worse.
being in Lge 2 is nothing to be proud of, but having a billionaire owner and then cocking this season up already is a travesty of a mockery of a sham of a mockery of a travesty of two mockeries of a sham.

P.S. the TRUE test of character is when things aren't going well.
Cotts has proven he just can't handle it when things go badly. Just like SoD, Buckle and numerous other suspect managers both of our sides have had before.
Yet another thing to like about DC. He's pretty good at handling the few mini-crises he has had.
