Not bitter at all even if that's how I come across. The penalty decision is all that Im frustrated with. I still think we'll get promotion through the autos despite today's result. Why don't you wait for a TV replay before being an idiot? In fact- the replays are out. Clear pen. Totally bitter.

Oxford fan here. Thought you had a good setup to stop is playing and kept Roofe quiet all game. Yes you are a niggly team and not as technically gifted as us but you worked hard and defended well. I was sat literally right next to the penatly decision and our keeper won the ball cleanly but the Ref was absolutely diabolical (for both teams) that I'm not surprised he gave it. Tiredness also played a part as our energetic and dynamic midfield weren't playing to their high standards and we tried too often to walk it into the net Congrats on the 3 points, but as mentioned on our forum I'd be bored to death watching your team every week We don't usually play like that. Our manager out thought your manager. If yours had done his homework properly he'd have known how to beat us. Our manager knew that if we defended deep then it would limit your clear cut chances which it did. We let you have loads of the ball in your own half and around the half way line and you were very pretty with it but how many clear cut chances did you create ? A scrappy goal and a 30 yarder that our keeper tipped over. In the games we've lost at home this season we've usually been the more passing possession side but got hit on the break. It goes like that sometimes. Up the Gas. If you dont typically play like that then fair enough. Good luck for the rest of the season

Why don't you wait for a TV replay before being an idiot? Because I was sat directly in front and saw him win the ball. Well as the replays are there. You look an absolute plonker now.

Numerous controversies involving Harrison, who has hardly been involved this season compared to last, we've just got a new in favour striker and could probably do with losing one. The only weird thing about this is the time the announcement came That's rovers for you. The person who put it on probably didn't even know Ellis had just scored the winner. I'm disappointed he's gone but obviously he wants to play football and we might get him back fitter and in form. We'll see. Really ...... So sad - DC released it himself and if you bothered to listen to after match interview you would retract your crap - it was decided in the week by EH who was frustrated he couldn't break up the current partnership - DC insisted if he went on loan he went to Hartlepool to help them - play regularly and help them Against some of our rivals and came back In a months time match fit and raring to help rovers push on - there again if you want to fuel your own agenda on you go

Good luck for the rest of the season Surely the away teams sole intention is to, firstly, avoid defeat and, secondly, win the game, not set out to entertain the home fans? With two attacking wing backs and a midfield of Mansell, Sinclair & Lines we're hardly the most negative team in Div 2? Although if we have now got "professional" then most of us would say it's about time as we probably haven't been for a over a decade since Only left.

That's my agenda so i don't really know what your on about let alone interested.

Oxford fans complaining about the penalty?
Letter of the law determines for me that the Goalkeeper should be sent off.
Lucky to not facing a suspension on that one.
If we have to deal with the playoffs i'd be happy playing against that 2 man team.

What a fantastic day for the gas! In all honesty I thought Oxford were on a different level to us all over the park but these boys have got some bottle for sure.Oxford fans will be gutted with the result but should be super confident that they will go up automatically. And they played a lady at no 11 as well the water takers.

I think you need to take a look at the highlights - 9 out of 10 refs will give a penalty for that incident. I agree with you on the second point though - if you keep up the quality of football I've seen you play in the last 3 games you should comfortably make the top 3. Your fans must learn to accept defeat gracefully though - next season wont be so easy for you if you get into league 1!

Read you're first 2 sentences of your posting again and then you would know why I responded in this way after such a great win because you slagged the club off and got it wrong. Hope you enjoyed the game and safe journey back.

Hope you enjoyed the game and safe journey back. I didn't get anything wrong and I wasn't slagging the club off. I'm disappointed Ellis is leaving leaving, I read it in the official club statement and in reply to someone saying it was a strange timing I said that the person who wrote it might not have even known Ellis had just scored the winner. My agenda as you put is loyal support all my life through thick and thin for Bristol Rovers. If you think my opinions have some kind of hidden agenda then you've got the wrong bloke.
