Swansea averaged around 8,000 in their last season at the Vetch - the year they got promoted to league one. First season at the Liberty the average was 14,000. Promotion didn't bring 6,000 new fans, the better facilities did. A new ground for us will do the same. My guess is that 75% capacity is achievable as an average. If we're league 1 or above and it's marketed right then yeah I agree with that. There needs to be a whole accumulation of things to come together. Good winning football, good marketing, affordable prices , trust through the club from board level down to the fans etc. If all those things come together then we can really push on and become successful. If it doesn't then five years from now we could be in the same division and a bit like Notts county are now, watch this space.

Nice 18,000 all seater will do me! I want standing behind our goal because it will encourage the Tote End and Blackthorn Roar.
