Surprised Wael wheeled TW out to do the interview but some interesting info divulged towards the old of this interview, so what is Plan B for the Mem?

Surely not going to appeal on the appeal on the appeal (think that's right?) Bloody madness!!!

For arguments sake, is it madness. If wael is as rich as people think he is then chucking another half million in lawyers costs at the chance of 30 million pay out must be quite tempting. Of course the difference is is that the stadium is no longer dependant on the outcome so this is something that could run in the background.

Surely not going to appeal on the appeal on the appeal (think that's right?) Bloody madness!!! He does hint at the fact the case was only run in order to keep the UWE on board, if that was the case then perhaps there was some method in their apparent madness? As w/o the UWE plans I doubt Wael would have shown any interest in the club? If that was the case I assume there's now little chance of a further Appeal.

Would imagine plan B is selling to another company.
This whole interview screams of passing everything over to the Al-Qadi's lawyers now to sort out, presumably we are ditching the current legal team who have dealt with the original contract and subsequent appeals (if they are the same company)
Similar to when someone gets in the sh** with something at work and it gets passed on to someone else who's more competent to sort out. A sigh of relief almost. IMO thats how this interview comes across.

Plan B still a secret not ready to go into the public domain. He sounded like it's still ongoing. Surely Plan B is irrelevant now. Surely we're on Plan W. Or I guess he just meant plan B in regard to the Mem site, as opposed to the UWE build. To be fair, we can do what the fook we want with it, now.

I think its called distancing yourself from a failed scheme. They had to get him out of his office for 15 minutes so they could change the locks. I hoped that he was only being kept on by the new lot was so that he could be the 'spokesperson', for want of a better term, for this court case? It wasn't Wael/Hamer's fight that was lost today afterall. To be honest the only time I ever saw/heard him was outside various courtrooms regarding these bloody appeals so perhaps he has now outlived his usefulness?..

Meanwhile they are doing something useful by meeting potential funders for the new stadium.
