Well that dint last long did it , Obama said he doesn't want to end our special relationship, german companies saying they still want to trade with the uk, Merkel saying give the uk time to sort stuff out.
yes the pound did dip but it's not the end of the world as it's recovering ,in reality it's not that bad, if the vote went the other way the pound would have gone up but it would also be on its way back down.
For many years now some of us have said there would be a backlash as people have had enough, people like myself were laughed at and for want of a better word were made out to be fossils.that day came and passed.
What is interesting is looking at the fall out and meltdown within and between both major parties in the uk, Cameron delivering a referendum as promised then running away and throwing his toys out of his pram as it dint go his was, even more surprising is the infighting within labour , a no confidence vote in corbyn, was listening to hilary benn(or was it stalin) , saying that he dint vote for corbyn as party leader and wants him gone, well as i remember it the majority of labour party members who voted for a leader voted for corbyn, which beggars the question do the labour party still believe in democracy and the voice of their own members, is it any wonder people are waking up (even labour supporters) to the fact that all politicians in this country don't give a f**k what you think as long as they have their 5 mins of fame they are ok.
People saying that its wrong to have a new pm they dint vote for, well hang on a minute, the conservatives should have been voted in on their policies not who the leader was, so in effect it shouldn't make a difference who takes on the job should it .
As cameron is too chicken to finish what he started you would think that they would use the extra time before we exit to start working out how to achieve this , but alas i feel until oct all you will see is infighting.
Something that does interest me is some remainers harping on about how we won ww2, well i know for a fact my grandad fought to preserve our way of life and our freedom to make our own way as a country and not to be ruled by unelected people who nobody knows.
If we remained in the eu do people really think we would have had any say or held sway over the way the eu was going, that would have been lost anyway,
