Really sorry to hear about your loss.
Mental Health services are in desperate need of improvements despite the best efforts of a great number of very dedicated nurses and carers.

sincere condolences to you, your wife and family, Can't imagine the pain you are going through, the loss of a child is imo one of the worst types of grief imaginable, all i can say is try to stay strong and be there for your wife, it's going to be difficult to even begin to cope with this.
As long as you and your wife help each other you will find the strength to carry on, also remember you both did all you could.
If you need to rant or talk to someone pm me a landline number or even talk via PM ,as believe it or not talking to others does help.
Remember your gas family are there for you and your family

Thank you . Sammi enjoyed her Wembley trips with the gas and we have a lovely memory of our win against Shrewsbury !! She would love to have come to see the gas more often but she moved to Portsmouth. She was so beautiful and funny and talented. She will make a difference with family gas support. xxx
