66.6% of clubs were in favour of the competition God I hate democracy when the majority disagree with me I blame ukip If you asked fans I bet it would be much, much lower than 66%. 6% maybe. That's part of the problem.

That's part of the problem. Less than that even. Of the clubs who's supporters were surveyed, 5% of Notts County fans were in favour and 2% Carlisle.

It matters not if we turn up or not, Money Talks and if this money helps keep some of us lower teams in business then its a good thing At the end of the day we are just lemmings in a bigger game and what we do or not do will make sweet F##k all to the EFL If DC said to us fans Don't turn up then i will not go, but that fact that Our chairperson, who represents the owners said we are going for it then thats good enough for me If DC and our chairperson told you to jump off a cliff, would you Henbury? The future of Bristol Rovers and lower league football in general is far bigger than DC and SH, let's get that straight. This money isn't keeping lower teams in business FYI. It's not money we've had before and by accepting it, future budgets will be based even more so on Premier League funding creating an unhealthy over reliance. What happens when the day comes, and believe me it will, when the Premier League throws another 0 on the end to have their B teams included in the football league pyramid? Does your need to turn up and support supersede the prospect of Rovers becoming the third best team in Bristol, behind Bristol City and Bristol City B/U23? Out of context. its good enough for me IF DC/Chairperson wants me to attend the game. They are in a better position to judge far better than i am. i just support my team, not interested in the political side of the game, that's for the BOD to consider

I shan't be going.
No doubt those who go will moan when we're playing in restructured division six, each league consisting of 20 teams and with 88 premier league / premier league b teams and championship /championship b teams above us, personally I just can't wait for the day.

Christ,This season only just over and fans talking about boycotting. We have to go by the majority and get on with it and support our team. The boycotting did nothing to change things and like some have said in some ways got the sponsorers more notice than otherwise. Whilst not agreeing with the decision it will not stop me supporting the team. Feel free to be scab. No-one has to do what the majority decide but soft people without convictions will always do what they are told like sheep. I'll continue boycotting, if anything exciting happens I can rely on your diatribe of each match to catch up.

Does your need to turn up and support supersede the prospect of Rovers becoming the third best team in Bristol, behind Bristol City and Bristol City B/U23? That day is a lot closer than many people seem to think.Have fans who support a competition, that is so obviously now become a Trojan horse project, forgotten the earlier proposals about creating an extra division with prem/championship u21 and conference teams making the numbers up? Sounds great for the non league teams but the reality would be that the whole bottom division would be the same as non league and many of the oh so lucky teams to be shifted upwards, plus lots of the present league2 dwellers will in fact be in grave danger of dropping to what would then be the 6th tier when the u21 teams March forwards with their million pounds worth of stock piled reserve players, followed no doubt,in short proximity by more u21 teams being ushered in to the fantastic new EFL.It may sound dramatic, but this will be the death knell for many lower league clubs,I have no doubt at all about that and we are in the last chance saloon right now about trying to halt this Sky (Premier league) driven monstrosity. (the shitest ever Trojan horse)
