I got my first season ticket when we played in the conference. I hated every minute of it at the time. But because it was only 1 season and turned out a sucessful 1 I can now look back and say thank F##k we got out of there so soon. It’s part of our history now so do we just forget it ever happened? I think not. We learn from it. Should we reach top flight 1 day will you be grudge everyone talking about how we were non league X amount of yours ago. Not proud of it but it’s happened and we’ve moved on.

Not really. All the listed benefits would apply if the old competition format existed and do not justify the introduction of U23 teams. Poor effort to defend the indefensible. Henburys reasons were valid and well put. Look, I get that you don't like the competition but we are playing in it. If you feel so strongly about it why not protest somewhere where you might make a difference ? get a placard and wander around with it ? This is the place to at least try influence people too not attend. We should unite as gas heads and all football fans and put a end to this nonsense. Fan power not pedal power for the premier league pockets.

That’s why this competition has become a sticky mess. I hope West Ham go through in the league cup. Our game with them for whatever reason gets p-p or even better abandoned in the 70th minute to waste the scabs time (at least you’ll get to watch it again for free) and it causes a bit of scheduling nightmare for the fa. Rubbish competition. BOYCOTT.

As it stands only West Ham and Swansea are under 21s in the top two in all the groups (North and South). Several are guaranteed to be knocked out already without fulfilling their last fixture. At this rate there may only be 3 or 4 under 21s in the next round. Can Liam Sercombe get a Wembley hat trick? He scored last year in the final last year and Oxford reached the last two finals. With our development team doing so well we should have a fair chance. Support the club and let's get to Wembley with Geoff's kids leading us out. Ummmmmmnnmm no. BOYCOTT.

It was announced couple weeks ago. I haven't seen anyone mention it till now and was hoping no one would, in the hope the people attending wouldn't have known the date change and wasted their time. Seconds out. DING DING.

I seen no racism in that thread, (from nobby). Just people looking for a racist argument. Not saying there is any in this thread. [b

I think a point would have not been a fair result. Even 1st 45, then we looked the most likely 2nd half and all extra time. Bola easily man of the match. Gaffers was excellent when he came on. Lines was annoying with his usual floaty Rubbish balls in the box. Plenty of space for him to run into but didn't put the effort in. Be amazed (but this is dc's selection) if we see browner any time soon. Another positive (for me) no Lockyer at the weekend. Tho he has settled in recent games, may well be a blessing in disguise. You can't get a point in a cup game. And our captain out Saturday is definitely not a good thing. Obviously a bit of humour on the point comment. Secondly just my opinion on locks. Amazing support tonight from the gasheads 👍👍👍.

I will be putting my usual £5 on a 3-1 win. Should be decent odds for once. Going to put couple quid on 1 all too as that is my prediction.

Buzzing when I left the ground. Not felt so buzzing leaving the mem since D+G game. Highlights won't do it justice. 1 moan is it took a red card and the unknown keeper to come on to really up the atmosphere. We gas heads were the difference in today's game. I sure as hell was nervous with the new keeper but we done him well and as calm as pos in a seriously intense game. Well done gasheads. Will claim the points. Let's get a hostile atmosphere sooner in future.

I disagree. It's his opinion and this is the place to voice it. You are clearly starting a thread to cause another day of arguments. I reckon a lot more fans are on cheewys side than you want to believe.

I was offered a free box last year and refused it. I can guarantee you 100% I would refuse a free hospitality day out at Wembley to watch rovers in the final.

Respect to you. Can't be easy not to go given your interest in both clubs. Whilst it would be rubbish to miss out on a day at Wembley, I wouldn't attend. If you are a true gashead you would go Rubbish comment. If you want to say that then I'll say, if you were a true gashead you wouldn't have attended last night as the majority of gasheads boycotted and you my friend are in the minority.
