Hi fellow Gasheads, since the 70 s Liverpool have always been my second team, my son Archie now has followed his Dad. Has anyone got any contacts for Anfield tickets not looking for the sought after ones, as not wealthy enough for those! Kind regards My Mrs is on a website for them and has been looking for years. Unless you are willing to shell £100s you've no chance.

I’m still staggered by the fact that our test and trace cost over £38 billion whilst Germany’s (A larger population to test) is reported to have costed under £1 billion. Not a fact that I’m going to get over or forget any time soon. This is one of the things that annoyed me about Pirate. He's looking in all the wrong places. There absolutely is a conspiracy and a cover up and we definitely are being used, misled and lied to. Just not about the efficacy of face masks. People are lying, and milking us now using the adage, never let a good disaster go to waste.

Being on this forum is like having another wife....they remember things you said that you had forgotten about or don't remember saying and keep it in their locker ready to use at the appropriate moment!!!! I don't agree with hardly anything you say, especially about our manager who I think will do the job of getting us where we want to be 'but' I do agree with you about the wife lol Look, if we are all honest, they are probably the main reason we all go out for the afternoon every Saturday.

I'm flattered that someone spent so much time scrolling through my posts to find that! As Oscar Wilde said 'The one thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about!!' I always thought it was GGMI who said that. GGMI first said it, Oscar Wilde just bumped it.

Not what I’m watching but listening to . The coming storm podcast with Gabriel Gatehouse . It’s really interesting and worrying at the same time. Anyone else listened to it ? And if you haven’t…..you should . Added to my play list. Hunting Warhead may be something you'd like but definitely needs a warning for content.

I would imagine so. We have only had the chance to take that many to Swindon once in ten years, the abandoned washout of 2016 & not again since a dour 0-0 in 2012. some people think we will be lucky to get 2k, they must be joking surley ? How many away fans does your place normally get?

I agree, had the Carsons Road plan been progressed then either GF may have stayed or, more likely, we'd have been able to lure Martin O'Neill from Wycombe who was our first choice replacement and who turned us down reportedly because of the stadium situation. GF? Gerry Francis. Knobhead.

Sadly I couldn't go, but my Dad and I were listening on the radio and I remember it like it was yesterday! I also remember Cardiff beating Leeds (who were then top of the Prem) later than day with a last minute winner at Ninian Park. A great day for cupsets, but they stole our thunder! I still to this day maintain that our result was a bigger shock than that. Bizarrely I was at the Cardiff game with a load of local friends for the day, absolutely mental stood on the Bob Bank when Scott Young scored. I was on the Scott Bank when young Bob scored Do I win a fiver?

Not adding a lot are you ? anyway , glad it has amused you . No need to add any more other than what Ive already said. Just find it amusing how it lives in your head rent free. Using the same insult twice? Come on, you can do better than that can't you?

Strongly disagree that vaccines should be compulsory.
I think me and Pirate would share some common ground on that.

I think you must be confusing me with someone else. I have NEVER wanted to start a protest against our owner, whom I think is a very decent bloke (maybe misguided by other Board members) and I have met him of a couple of occasions and always found him to be a very pleasant man. Suggest you do your research a bit better! Ok apologies if it isn’t you and thanks for the advice, but is this not you in the link below? Some sort of protest?Note to self: Don't suggest The Equalizer do any research.

Might help if nurses could access LFTs directly, rather than having to join the same scramble as the General public. I went to 6 pharmacies last week trying to find some for my wife so she could test before presenting for work. That is shocking. Did you book online or just turn up? Whilst my local pharmacy (London) had a load, I ‘booked’ then online on the website and was given a QR code She got a QR code online. Probably the same site you used.

I caught a few figures from the radio earlier, NHS staff absences are currently 8% where normally at this time of year it would be 5%. Daily admissions for respiratory illnesses would usually be 1,000 per day while it's currently double that. Might help if nurses could access LFTs directly, rather than having to join the same scramble as the General public. I went to 6 pharmacies last week trying to find some for my wife so she could test before presenting for work.
