Then the votors will get what they vote for, namely....further expansion of ULEZ, pay per mile (which he denied but papers have since come to light that's what Khan is planning), increase in knife crime and murders on the street (and no Sadiq I'm not watching too much of The Wire). Still better than that racist weapon Really and Khan isn't racist. Thank god I no longer live in Hillingdon. God help London.

I thought they thought he was a great Mayor and they couldn't fill in their postal ballots quickly enough.... I’ve no idea as I don’t live there , but as poor as he might be , as disliked as he might be …… he’ll still beat that absolute weapon the Tories put up against him . Then the votors will get what they vote for, namely....further expansion of ULEZ, pay per mile (which he denied but papers have since come to light that's what Khan is planning), increase in knife crime and murders on the street (and no Sadiq I'm not watching too much of The Wire).

Tories getting a kicking but whispers that Khan might be in trouble in London ( which will please France immensely!) . 500 seats lost…. The Champagne is on ice. Here's hoping there's some truth in what you say.🤞🤞🍾🍾🥂🥂

Exactly. Some 67% didn't bother to vote which tells you what people think of politics from all parties. It was hardly a seismic result with Labour winning on fewer votes than when they came second in 2019. What % turned out to vote for Brexit? Not sure of the relevance but 72.2% turn out with 52% voting for brexit. Simple Google search could have found that out!

..and turnout basically half what it would be at a General Election. Don't get me wrong, Labour will hold it and win plenty more at an actual General Election. Just think they are a *little* bit over the top at what was basically an expected result... Exactly. Some 67% didn't bother to vote which tells you what people think of politics from all parties. Just wondering if this was the same Squadron that ferried Starmer from Qatar to Dubai during Cop28. No, Starmer isn't a minister. Was his flight paid by the British tax payer? Also used for transportation of VIPs. Well your right that would count Starmer out then. 😂😂😂

...are there other aircraft in the RAF fleet with enough sleeping accommodation and working space/secure comms for multiple users? This sounds like one of those scenarios where the opposition are in uproar over the cost despite there not being any better options that were cheaper, as efficient and as secure... The short answer is yes, other Voyagers or purpose built aircraft within 32 Squadron whose role is to transport ministers. Just wondering if this was the same Squadron that ferried Starmer from Qatar to Dubai during Cop28.

Totally agree they're all hypocrits, how did Gordon Brown become PM. He was told he could be PM after being locked in the toilet or was that Blair🤔 Couldn't have been Blair he was too busy killing innocent Iraqis and British Soldiers in an illegal war.

John Swinney seems favourite and probably means any Vote of Confidence is likely to fail as the Greens would back him. Kate Forbes may run too, she just missed out last time. Didn't Nicola Sturgeon say that the PM lacked a democratic mandate as it was done effectively behind closed doors and should go to the polls? Yes, this was brought up on 5Live this morning that the entire SNP were calling for it on Truss & Sunak. I was surprised not to hear SuperGas calling in to thold them to the same standards I guess politicians are hypocrits. Who knew? Totally agree they're all hypocrits, how did Gordon Brown become PM.

Yatton I don't take offence when flung at me, after all it's only political banter and I'd still have a beer with you, but don't insult my wife. I wouldn't insult your family so please don't mine. Like I said it wasn’t meant as an insult in anyway but if you’ve taken it as one I apologise. I’ll just stick to calling you a loon from now on….. cheers 🍻 One day we’ll meet and I’ll gladly buy you a beer or two mate 😃👍 I'll take that 👍

Clearly a very astute lady. 😘 France takes offence very easily. Obvs me calling him and anyone a Brexit loon is a term of endearment . Big up to Mrs France voting remain ! 😂👍 Yatton I don't take offence when flung at me, after all it's only political banter and I'd still have a beer with you, but don't insult my wife. Thanks for insulting my wife. In fact she voted to remain. (As you know I didn't vote) Instead of insults how about answering the question or is that beyond your capabilities. Clearly a very astute lady. 😘 Thank you Stu. The reason she voted remain was due to her being a financial advisor and how it potentially would affect us here in France (not that it has in any significant way). As she said she voted with her head not her heart and had we been living in the UK at the time she would have voted to leave.

Why would she vote remain I wonder ? anyway to answer your question…… no. Thank you for your informative and constructive reply to my question. So based on that you must blame the French for the illegal immigrants coming over on small boats to the UK and believe we should be able to use the RNLI to pick them up and take them back to France as that's what Ireland is expecting to do.

They spent a fortune converting an RAF plane to do this. 🤔 Apparently it was on other duties in Europe. Cameron's itinerary was pretty complex (Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Mongoli across 5 days) - no way to do that on commercial flights so you have to charter. He was also busy asking countries who are traditionally sympathetic to Russia to turn away from Putin so safety and security was also a key concern planning the trip - and the way they did it was probably the best all-round decision. Been on the Easyjet website and I can't find any routing to cover those countries over 5 days.

Anyone think the Irish Government are taking the proverbial over blaming the UK for their migrant problems. My wife does and she's Irish and proud . Your wife is obvs a Brexit loving loon like you I’d guess France. Complete denial of any and every problem thrown up by your ludicrous Brexit. 🙄🇬🇧 Thanks for insulting my wife. In fact she voted to remain. (As you know I didn't vote) Instead of insults how about answering the question or is that beyond your capabilities.

"Could". Why not report something that has happened not something that could happen Haven't we heard this all before, I remember posts about Britons face shortages at Christmas with potentially not enough turkeys to go around and a potential shortage of Christmas trees. It never happened. Christ we have empty shelves and shortages in supermarkets here Are you seriously still denying the food shortages we witness everyday on our supermarket shelves as 🐂 💩? 🙄🇬🇧 That's not what I said. Were there shortages over Christmas that was reported.....No. I know you won't give a toss but we have shortages and empty shelves in supermarkets here...how do you explain that? Surely not Brexit!!
