Fair challenge about Miller ... only time will tell .
What Gillingham are doing who knows ...McDonald out, Eaves In .... Dack on his way potentially
Scunthorpe in huge clear out ... Dare we hope for Paddy Madden?
L1 is certainly interesting at the moment.

Yippee! We've signed Darrell for five years. Great cos he knows what he's doing. Ellis to sign for Darrell. WTF - He don't know what he's doing. Some on here really would be better off at Glasto.

Madden has only scored 11 goals in 38 games last season...in a team in the top four all season .He had several braces too, so actually only scored in 8 games out of the 38. He may well be a good player but are his stats really any better than EH. ?

Steve Hamer also said the landing light were on, Steve Hamer also said news was immanent, Steve Hamer also said August was the deadline, Steve Hamer also said January. I don't beleive anything he says anymore. Vicky verky

Madden has scored 69 goals in 193 League One games.

Madden has scored 69 goals in 193 League One games. So he has averaged 11 goals a season in his 6 seasons playing league one football. Playing an average of 32 games a season.

He scored 24 League One goals to help Yeovil get promoted to the Championship. He scored 20 League One goals during the 15/16 season. Harrison has scored 8 League One goals, including a 4 goal haul in one game. Harrison might one day become a 20 goal a season man, but Madden has proved he can do it at this level.

If we sign two decent strikers fair doos if we dont i will be concerned as Gaffney and Harrison are league 2 standard.

So just to clarify, when you score 2 goals in a game they dont count at all? or do they only count as 1? Also does ellis"s 4 v northampton count as 4,2,1 or 0?

I would imagine there is a date where if the contract isnt signed the offer is withdrawn. Maybe hamer is just giving ellis a hint that he has to make a decision soon?

Not for an under 24 it won't, as if we withdraw the offer EH could then leave on a free, were stuck now waiting for EH to make his mind up until the transfer window closes if he wants to take it that far. Although the fact we're only talking about EH signing does make you wonder what's going on transfer wise this summer.

The transfer window is open until september,i reckon we will get people in from july 1st until sept 1st It must be very competitive to get the best players in our salary range so im not too bothered at the moment.

Who else have the club offered a contract to that's still waiting to signed? we all know Ellis was out of contract and that a new one had been offered. That was hardly something for MI 5 to get excited about. As for other potential signings, do you have to be in the know? Do you want the club to parade its business on the front pages of the Evil, and on the official website? If so, I fear you are going to be disappointed. In case you haven't noticed, the Al Quadis don't work like that. The club is sealers tighter than a drum these days and nothing seems to leak. Good thing too in my opinion.

They are both decent L1 strikers, the question is are they able to take us further and as of now we have to trust in DCs decision that they can.

Yep we have, at long last got a family who conduct their business professionally and there are no more loose lips with each pint in the clubhouse after. I imagine it must be hard on those who relied on that for their ITK info. I'm delighted we have good people,at the helm. It really was about time and also none of those monthly non updates. They used to do my head in.
