Personally i like the slow/steady rate of signings.
Remember how things went after Buckle pretty much waved-in any old mush who wanted some money with vague nods to previous performances.

Do people actually think whining like a spoilt kid is gonna miraculously speed up the transfer activity?! Clearly yes.

When's the fecking kits out?? The kit will be unveiled on the Closed Open Day and will be modelled by our two star signings Nani and Neymar Jr. The Closed Open Day is like the Open Day but is a special, secret, pre-Open Day event arranged extra-specially for all gasheads who've patiently taken time out of their lives to selflessly help the club by whinging on an internet forum.

Right I am going to try and put a more positive spin on this thread ... calling D.C. clueless is downright rude, quite ridiculous and simply attention seeking ...
Two strikers needed ... Who are our options ?
Has John Marquis signed a new deal at Doncaster ... if not he would be my No 1 choice ...
Godden at Stevenage and Doidge at FGR ...maybe?
Nichols at Peterborough .... if MS thinks he is the real deal then Yes please. Just a shame about the behavior of Poshs pikey owner.
A young striker like McBurnie on loan maybe ? ... Ok
Who else is out there realistically and who would fit DCs mould ?

Maybe even Corey Whitely, although I'd sign him to cut in from the left wing. Can play any attacking position.

Yes Paddy Madden ... forgot about him .... my first choice at the start of the summer ! Madden and Marquis would be a dream ... would consider a tattoo like all the inbred with 'Tammy' plastered near their genitalia!,

Progress has been slow but, that said, I'm actually very happy with our business so far.
Couple of quality strikers, a wide man abd a centre back and we'll be in very good shape IMO.

Signings so far have been good quality. We've had to wait but signing players in May can be sign that those players know they won't get any better offers. So far we've had good quality in Sercomb, Smith and Slocombe and young players on their way up in Mellanise and Bola. Thankfully DC is a bit choosy about who he signs and is playing hardball with the Posh Chairman. About time we had a more judged, thoughtful transfer policy rather than one which seemed like "how much do you want?" "Yes of course you can have that and we'll give you a three year contract at the same time." Look where that got us. Far better to have good quality signings than weighing them up in how many you have. UTG!
