Let me guess Padstow, "not at liberty to say".... lol just like our old board members Padstow........ Don't mock. In CB's original (now deleted) post of Facebook last night it did mention something about Solicitor's letters having been sent out. He was right about the collapse in the talks................

I see our friends south of the rivers have gone into meltdown and posted 9 pages in one day all about us and i thought they did not care about us the silly little sister shaggers The German's call it Shitdenfreude - it is defined as pleasure derived from the misfortune of others. It is a feeling of joy, or an expression of pleasure or self-satisfaction, that comes from learning of another's troubles or failures. It what you expect from them.

Not so much 'mocking' Nobby, the way I see it is that everyone wants to be seen as in the know and jump on any old rumour which is flying around and claim it as there own- you only have to look at the people who say they ALSO knew the deal was officially dead but didn't say anything, despite it being the only real topic of conversation on here for months?!
I think that CB mentioned rovers have lost something in the amount £1.6m on the project, that sounds plausible to me given the amount of time this debacle has been going on combined with the court cases etc.
Regarding the solicitor letters, I believe that this is way off the mark- maybe we didn't pay the milkman through the summer or something but to suggest a winding up order seems crazy given what some clubs have been through i.e Coventry & Portsmouth to name a few!

Cant blame them, we laughed loud and long when their Ashton Vale plans evaporated like a dry fart in the wind, though they would be better off questioning why a billionaire can only lead them to staving off relegation from the Championship year after year.

If we're at solicitors letters stage, the high court won't have been involved yet. Have we defaulted on the sprinkler payments I wonder?
