So investment is exactly the same as debt? So hamer could just as easily said "the ALQ"s have racked up £12m of debt?Is that what your saying? Topper Try telling HMRC you don't need accounts and that word of mouth is proof of your income and expenditure That depends on how the you & the ALQ's look on it, they call it an investment, you seem to want to call it debt, regardless it seems to be growing at £2m+ p.a. No idea what point you're trying to make Phil, but if you want to wait to next spring for confirmation SH was telling the truth than that's your privilege, I'm happy to take him on his word this time.

Just remarking about your comment - Why do you need accounts, don't you believe SH when he says the ALQ's total investment is now £12m, which is £2m+ more than last year's accounts showed?

Is the Mem site worth £10million ? Are the Al qadis owed upto £10million in loans ? Did the Colony cost £1million ? Do the family own 92% of the clubs shares ? Will a new stadium cost £40million plus ? will the finished training/academy camp cost £5-10million ? Are there running costs that will need paying ?
I am assuming the above ,if you can show this is not the case please do.
dissecting your maths would be a pointless exercise but as an example, an aggressive purchaser which is what you suggest would not need to purchase the Colony so knock off £11million (1 + 10 according to you) They would have to purchase the colony if it was all or nothing. We are talking about an owner who does not wish to sell. They have no ties to the area so wouldn't want the hassle or expense of dealing with some scrubland next to a motorway (I would want shot of it and move on elsewhere)
If a buyer didn't have the funds to pay for what has already been paid for AND have the funds available to complete the projects at the club ,what do the unwilling sellers ,the club and the fans get out of it ? nothing. Therefore no point in selling.
Unless someone came forward with a package that could cover all the costs , all the rubbish about consortiums etc. is just that ,rubbish.

My "debts" comments were in response to BB's comments hence why I highlight them in bold. I've no idea what you are on about regarding the accounts as I've never even mentioned them, I'm happy to accept SH's word on the investment as annual debts are probably running at £2m+ given the increased expenditure with the Development Squad etc, whether we're getting any benefit

Unfortuantley the club are failing to pay outstanding bills from over 5 months ago to local suppliers operating on good will. I am told Brookyfield joined as FD from Coventry and we all know what happened!

If we scrap the development squad i will give up all hope as it just might turn out to be our saviour if we cant compete on budgets.
