You won't be missed - in fact, why do you come at all? as you obviously don't enjoy yourself So what's you connection with the previous BoD as that seemed their approach, hence why gates dropped to 5,000/6,000? If anyone wants to hand over £200/300 of their money the club would be daft to turn it down, even if the fan likes a good moan in the forum. You missed the point - he said he won't be buying a season ticket next season - and as for my connection with the previous BOD - I support regardless who the BOD are

So many experts on season ticket sales projections. It's a wonder they don't work in the marketing department. I've read a few cynical posts lately suggesting that the club will be making announcements regarding the training ground or plans for the mem redevelopment with the purpose of increasing ST sales, I don't believe that myself. I will be buying a season ticket for next year irrespective of all of that. UTG! Same. Up the Gas!

Season ticket sales next year will very much depend how we do between now and the end of the season and also how the squad develops in the summer. For now I believe the new signings will put an extra 500 on the gate tomorrow and probably be the biggest gate of the season. Only trouble is ...will the new players play tomorrow as its going to be tough on any player being dropped after last weeks performance but it is also a very tough game to make your debut. We shall see but personally I would like to see both of this weeks signings starting. Well I have made up my mind not to buy a season ticket next season. Despite what some may say ,you are entirely free to do as you please. Plenty of fans pay on the day when they choose to attend a game.
If the reason is for club related things and not the actual performances of the team then its good to understand why you make this decision. Is it really the actions of the current owners ? Or the cumulative effect of owners over the years wearing you down. ?

Well, having watched far in excess of a 1000 games, and not missed a home game for 5 years I think I need a rest. I'm going to have more holidays, and possibly watch more local football. That's one reason. The second reason is that the North terrace and seats in the West Stand are the only places where you can guarantee not to get wet when it rains. In the North terrace you get a place, the game starts and suddenly 20 or 30 people push a lot of people out the way to get in, most have come from the pub and are in no mood to say excuse me or sorry as they push you out the way and personally I think its wrong. However the club has the option of putting a wall or panels on the back of the stand which would stop this and probably make the atmosphere better, and keep the people at the back drier. So not wanting to go through that, having the man with the biggest head and sticky out ears move in front of me wherever I go it' is ether pay a lot more, which I am unable to do at the moment, or not buy a season ticket and go occaisionally

My advice...take a break for a year do some other things...but go to a few select games and because you are only going to a few spoil yourself and get a good seat. Although the west terrace generally stays mostly dry as does the tent seating, although those seats do get cold.

Yes the tent seats are very cold. I have been "fortunate" to stand or sit in every part of the ground and yes the West stand is the best but as in another post I suggest we move the ground over to take up half the car park and then build a West Stand that is full length and has more facilities in it. Probably not in my life time though

Days like Saturday you physically ache from head to toe from being so cold and that's with a hand warmer and blanket!!

You've really got it in for the current board haven't you? Username change may hide you away from your constant board bashing, but eventually many on here will get what you're all about. Sad really. Sad really you feel the need to call me sad for having my own opinions on how our club is being run , surely this forum is set up for having these kind of debates but there are a few on here like yourself who can’t handle others having an alternative opinion. And also for the record I’ve been hearing through the grapevine that your precious board won’t be around much longer . Sorry, don't believe it.
