Exactly the same for my Father and I. Both long term Season Ticket Holders, both separate e-mail addresses, never had any updates on anything e-mailed to either of us.
Anyone know how to confirm an e-mail address for a Season Ticket?
The way I see it the club have contacted all ST holders whose address has more than one ST registered to it but only one email address. Would think those of us with a single ST and one email address will be notified ASAP. No need to panic! That's the way I see it. Just house keeping before they send our electronic renewal reminders

Both tickets will be linked to my sole email address. So the email I recieved was specifically asking me to allocate a different email to my daughters season ticket. If you've already got different emails for each season ticket then you won't have got this email.

Thansk for the info. Can you advise what the "account number" is on the on-line form?

Thansk for the info. Can you advise what the "account number" is on the on-line form? I seem to remember that the account number was on previous season ticket renewal letters. I'm not sure that it's on the actual season tickets themselves (I don't have mine with me to check). I think I've also seen it when buying tickets online. I expect that the club shop can provide this if you can't find I t anywhere.

Away tickets can be purchased online next season! The club has stepped into the 21st century at last.

I haven't received the email yet as my youngest son is aligned to my address so have updated it through the link. Good to see things are changing for the better.

I looked at it, name, address, stand etc, does it come back with anything to say they recognise who you are and job done?

I've said it before, but it's about time! Great news, and them tracking who travels and gets tickets is only a good thing for marketing and priority over big games.
That said, it's going to be hilarious when people can't use them first game of next season and start losing their temper at the turnstile attendants.

So who proof read this article before it was put on the website?
"For the first time, our season tickets will be on an electronic card system as opposed to the previous voucher booklet, this will mean that the renewal window will be shorter than in previous seasons.

Not sure why the club needs my DOB just to send out a renewal for my adult season ticket!

Presumably to make sure you're in receipt of the correct type of ticket and perhaps for security if you need a replacement.
