I may well be being particularly dumb today but can anyone explain for me please !!! At the moment I have a season ticket for myself & an U11 season ticket for my daughter, My older daughter has also just started attending games & will probably want a season ticket next season. Currently I only have one email address registered with the club, will I need to register another 2 email addresses in order to get my daughters seasons tickets even thought they'll both be juveniles ??

In theory if I read what they say right yes, but I guess this needs clarification. I don't see why an U11 ticket couldn't be added to your card. It would admit you and your daughter.
Have tweeted the club about it

I can't believe the club will only issue 1 Season Ticket per e-mail address. This is all new to everyone, I'm not sure where I'm at with it either fella.

Mrs Scoobydoo doesn't have an email of her own. she has everything sent to mine. I guess I'll now have to try and figure out how to set one up for her. Can anyone help me out here cos it's donkeys years since I set mine up. Scrappydoo has a couple at any given time but he chops and changes, closes them down and sets new ones up etc, so that is a disaster waiting to happen. The modern World eh? What was wrong with slate and chisel?

www.msn.com/en-gb/?ocid=mailsignout
if you click on the outlook.com icon, you will be asked to sign in or there is an option to create a new one

In a bid to modernise, streamline and simplify the process they actually create confusion and chaos all around! I absolutely love this club! UTG!

So they way I have read the tweet and the info now.
If you want to renew online you will need separate unique emails as you will only receive one renewal email.
That doesn't mean one or more cards can't be registered to a single email, but that I assume would need to be purchased via the shop

But just wait until the first home game next season when the electronic turnstiles fail and there is anger and chaos outside the ground.

Let's hope they have better luck than GCCC had with their new turnstiles a few years ago. If not we'll end up with lots of gatemen with hand held scanners. (Actually that's a quicker process!)

At worst an email that contradicts the actual position. Either you will be able to get multiple STs on one email address, in which case why ever send the emails? Or you can't. And I can't believe an organisation in this day and age insisting on an under 18 having a unique email address. PS I'm totally supportive of the move to credit card style STs but believe it should be extended to a membership style scheme

That card could be a season ticket or membership card or whatever. Anything that can be loaded with a ticket and scanned at the turnstile.

Sorry complete waste of time asking one of the cheerleaders

Happened at a Swansea home game earlier this season. System failed and fans had to queue at the ticket office to gain admittance. Some did not get in until after halftime.
