They aren't though are they? Not the way I have read it (and I stand to be corrected as I agree it isn't clear) only that you will not be able to renew online They are making things more of a faf if you have a kid, not ideal The scheme was only announced a few days ago, give it a bit of time eh?

I don't get what is so difficult about providing an email address per season ticket. It takes 5 minutes to create an email account.
Parents emails address will go against their kids tickets too.
If youre elderly or just don't have or want email address, just provide a relatives I would recommend.

Just has my email but payment is getting rejected. No sure if it’s the card being delicate again (it has form) or the renewal platform.

Why the need for one email address per ST? if you go online and 6 tickets for Alton Towers they wouldn't demand separate email addresses, mainly ad they realise that customers want an easy, simple transaction. Basically you need no more than one email address per playmate the very most.

System looks good so far - will probably need a bit of tweaking whilst going through its initial phase. Purchasing of away tickets online is brilliant for me, living around 40 miles from the Mem. Only snag so far which is preventing me from renewing online is that I can't change the section of the ground. Getting a bit fed up of the "angry yoof" element in the Thatchers End so thought I would try my luck with the grumpy old buggers in the East Terrace next season but I can't change this online. No problem though, will pop into the shop when next in Bristol. Kudos to the club for getting this sorted though - another step in the right direction.

Neither do I but I'm just going by what people are reporting on here. Hundreds if not thousands of organisations sell tickets and none I've come across have asked for separate emails but hey this is still Bristol Rovers

That appears to be why the club want different email addresses for each season ticket holder.

Well, whatever your views/experiences this is my experience thus far. Went to renew my ST this evening and on accessing my account it showed me a ST at the new (£310) cost for West Enclosure. Trouble is (guess it will happen to us all at some point!) I had qualified for a concession rate since purchase of the 17/18 ST. It then became apparent that there is no mechanism on the site (currently) to alter this fact and get it altered. I assume that this scenario wasn't catered for when setting up the site(?) So what to do...? The only contact that I could see that might be relevant was Tom Gorringe as I guess (rightly or wrongly)he would be involved with this set up. So I emailed him on the issue and requested a resolution. Not expecting to get a reply until after the weekend. Guess what... within less than 5 minutes my email pinged and he got back to me to say that he had passed on the issue to the ticket providers and would get back to me on Monday with an answer. Now that is on a Friday evening, long after normal office hours and is, in my view, excellent customer service. Some things may be wrong, I accept that, but I reckon there is a lot going right just now off the pitch and that there is a determination to put right the wrongs. Just my experience but it does make me feel that I am valued as a customer/supporter.
Just wanted to pass it on for perspective. Make of it what you will.
Oh...and thank you TG.
