Just renewed mine at the shop (got charged £1.50 handling/admin fee) I notice the west enclosure on the receipt is called the DAS enclosure.

And neither the club website or the season ticket renewal link is of any use as it calls it either the "West Terrace" or "West Stand" or words to that effect. Where the hell have I been standing all these years? ?

I also see that we're now already using tickets.com for online ticket sales.

Great having this to pay online. But it looks like I shall still have to pay at the shop to get the 5% discount for being a Helpline member. 💷

There will more than likely be at least 3 all ticket, category A games next season, so a season ticket will save the hassle of getting match tickets for those games.
Plus I think next season will see a cup run, so good that ST holders get priority to get a golden ticket.

I can confirm that children do indeed need a separate email address of their own to get a ST!!
Madness that they expect my 9yr old to have an email account.

Agree, not only is it a stupid pain in the arse when clearly I am in charge of my ticket and my kids, but also I have just realised I am paying 2 x £4 delivery and 2 x £1.50 card fee because of this stupid system of separate accounts per season ticket

If you were buying 4 tickets to watch a music event, you wouldnt have to submit 4 addresses. Surely they only need the email of the person that is paying for the tickets.

Madness but fairly typical for how ‘identity’ is managed these days by these types of system.
Glad that if we had another Chelsea situation I won’t get done over by people who can’t make the match giving their season ticket vouchers to people without. Yes I’m still bitter.
