Voted the players - not because I don't believe they are talented enough for this division but because currently too many are under performing and out of form currently. .... I'm confident (maybe stupidly) that they'll turn it round and in 8 games time we'll be in a better position and player well and all this doom and conspiracy and seeking who to blame will have quietened down. It's a confidence thing for the team at the moment and being scared of making mistakes which they are because they're over thinking or shying away from what they'd do if they were confident.

Owners and players. The lack of clarity of the owners is effecting everyone and especially the players..a positive announcement would boost the team. But then they are paid professional, i would get sacked for performing this badly at my job.

Extremely complex to answer comprehensively, but the uncertainty behind the scenes absolutely will not be helping and allied to a lack of support for DC in finding a suitable striker (which is clearly the area in which we are most lacking) to replace Harrison, the vote has to go to the owners.

I don't see it as complex it is quite simple the owners first and DC second no matter what people say DC bought these players in regardless of what he did/did not have to spend he constantly plays players out of their natural positions/dropping players that have played well all this has been mentioned time and time again expecting Payne to play a lone striker role which clearly he cannot do if you want to get the best out of your players then play them in their natural positions it is not bloody rocket science stop the tinkering he is not Pep and does not have a squad of players that he can do that with anyway ! i think he tries to be to clever at times but is not helping the players UTG!

You can lead a horse to water but you cant make it drink
The owners & management provide these prima donna's the opportunity to perform but the players blow it big time
THE PLAYERS ARE AT FAULT pure and simple

So if that is the case why when certain players who are playing well/do well are they DROPPED for players who are not or have not performed ?

The owners have not provided the training ground or stadium.
It's pretty clear that promises were made to DC that have not been met.
DC is watered off and that is starting to have a negative effect on the players.
Yes, he is making mistakes. Bizarre faith in underperforming players and some sh**e signings.
Dropping players who played well every other week but he's always done that and been successful.
It's utterly bewildering that they still haven't bothered to address the current situation.
It's like there is no one left at the club who gives a f**k and it all stems from the top.
We are leaderless.

I don't disagree with your views, but how come basket cases like Blackpool & Blackburn players keep performing? Didn't Northampton even stop paying their players when they got promoted? Plus didn't this poor run start around last spring when, as far as we're concerned anyway, there was no real issues with the owners? What's the betting if, say, Chris Hargreaves, was appointed as our new manager by Saturday the players would all give 100% regardless as to whether we were still leaderless or not? As far as Wael if he his in talks to sell the club there's not much he can do, if he admits we are then the sale falls through it won't look good, if he denies that we are when we are for sale that won't look good either if the sale does go through.

Buck stops with Hani.
A seemingly uninterested individual. That appears to be the problem from what I can see.

It’s a combination of everyone at the club and us fans 1 poor management from DC and supporting staff 2 poor backing from owners for playing budget 3 poor communication from owners which leads to silly rumours and uncertainty within the club 4 us fans must support the players throughout this bad time and not single out players 5 only a professional and calm approach can turn this situation around from all of the above I rest my case.

How can any striker in modern football even claim to be a striker if he cant play on his own up front in the modern game?

The "in fighting" within the Board is not helping matters Given the current results of this poll I'd say some people will be pretty happy.
