Not in any way an attack on DC and he should be remembered as the man who saved this club with nothing but the trust of the chairman at the time, but the momentum has gone and whilst we have Darrell as manager, we're regressing and now in a relegation scrap. Sack DC now, give a new manager a month to get his style of play across the dressing room and make funds available in January for him to bolster this squad. We're going backwards with DC. Have been since we were promoted to L1. Get a new man in to save our season. Wont happen under DC, sadly. I just don't see who you replace him with.
I am sure there are options but it's whomever is running the club to be decisive and don't see that happening which is equally bad
Has DC made mistakes? of course he has, but I would prefer to stick with him and hope whatever is going on off the pitch gets sorted sooner rather than later and we might see a re-invigorated DC
Just missed out on this guy...

Having watched DC's interviews in recent weeks he's clearly annoyed with the owners. I also think he's pretty annoyed with himself in terms of the team he's assembled. He's trying to find tactics to suit the muddle of a squad he's put together. When you listen to him talk his desire to succeed is infectious and you do feel for him. Enough is enough now and we're desperate need for someone to come in with a fresh pair of eyes in time to make whatever adjustments are needed in January. This break with no cup game is the time to do it. Unfortunately as there is no one at the helm of the club I doubt very much it will happen. For a start, paying off DC's contract won't come cheap. Finding a replacement isn't easy. The new chap won't have any money to spend so will have to work with a squad he doesn't know, and you expect him to turn it around? Not a chance. Stick with DC. I think the main benefit will be he or indeed she won't know the squad. A fresh pair of eyes will strip out the dead wood of which there is some. The toxic atmosphere around the place may well be dealt with as well It may be expensive but getting relegated won't come cheap. DC's passion for the club is no substitute for someone organising this bunch.

I think Holloway would be nailed on if they pull the plug on DC (which I hope they don’t).
He is out of work. He has failed on his last few jobs so not in demand. He probably feels he’s got unfinished business here. He would for the most part create a natural lift at the club. Even from the players point of views he is still a pretty big name in comparison to your average league one player so would probably get a bit more out of them than most. Not saying it would be a good move but I do remember it being some of the best football I’ve seen here.... before it all went tits up!

Haha! Could never stand Mick McCarthy ever since he came to the Mem with Millwall in the early ‘90s and kicked lumps out of our strikers!

And how do you think we are going to get Nichols out, he has another 21/2 years on his contract. The only thing we can do is pay money for Stockley and hope they take Banjo on PX. As for Payne, what more proof do we need that DC has been lucky with a few signings Payne was the boards signing not darrells And he's not the only one.

DC's passion for the club is no substitute for someone organising this bunch. It's not toxic now. There's discontent for sure, but toxic was what it was when Buckle was here. Sack DC and I suspect we will then see a very toxic atmosphere. The dressing room will split and the crowd will direct their anger at the board/owners. DC in.

If Liverpool were to sell Salah this January, then Mane and Firminho in the next two transfer windows, and replaced them with players worth a combined 10 million, would they still be competing at the top of the league? Would they even be in the top half if they also sold VVD? We’ve shipped out Taylor, Bodin, Harrison and brown and brought in players for peanuts. Recipe for relegation whoever the manager is.

I don't think anyone would doubt that the players sold have had a big impact however at the moment the side don't even amount to the sum of their parts.

Yes but we all know that in footballing terms that was a minor miracle and something that we have never seen before and probably won’t see again. Our slide has come from losing our best players. A good squad has been slowly dismantled and now we are left with the scraps. If Wael has reinvested the cash we wouldn’t be in this position. DC is a young manager, who has made mistakes, but I don’t put where we are down to him. Sacking him would be wrong in my opinion, but let’s face it, that would involve our owners putting their hands into their pockets and that’s about as likely as our forwards scoring.

The man has completely lost the plot! Thanks for the brutal honesty but no thanks to your management. You’ve had your chances! If the board don’t sack him they are spineless cowards or just skint!

DC has got to go. I thank him for his honesty in his aftermatch interview today but results since last January are his downfall as far as I am concerned. As for our owners, they can f**k off asap!

As they say a fish rots from it's head not really sure changing the manager is going to change the bigger issues clearly at the club.

As for our owners, they can f**k off asap! exactly! the fact the owners are awful doesn’t hide the fact that dc’s been doing an awful job for a long time now! Time to go and maybe let us enjoy the footballing side of the business again at least! I have no faith in DC at all now! He’s defeated and pleading for the sack!
