Impossible to tell who he's looking to move on.
I don't think Payne / Nicholls will necessarily be on the list.
Wouldn't be surprised to see Reilly go. Plus some of the wingers. Sam Matthews seems to have started to disappear from the team.
Who I'd pick? Rodman, Upson, Sinclair (sorry mate, thanks for the memories), Leadbitter (same again but final ball just isn't good enough).
Cancel Martin deal if that extends into Jan.

Payne, Partington, Nicholls would be my top 3. We can do without Sinclair too but not sure he is fit enough to move on? I worry we will also lose Sercombe and possibly Locks and Bonham

It won’t be easy, as who is gonna want a struggling teams off casts?
On current performances, I would look at trimming the midfield, Upson and Sincs are the obvious choices
Martin to return
Smith is not good enough
Then it’s tricky as you could make a case for losing all 4 ‘strikers’ !
Personally I fear bids for Bonham, Sercs and Locks will leave us painfully short of any class and it won’t really matter as by Jan we could well be cut adrift.
Hope I’m wrong and the board are now smelling the coffee and realising we are in serious danger of a massive step backwards.

I wonder how much mensah and slocombe might still be costing us in wages, maybe something can also be done to deal with them (although if Bonham leaves I'd much prefer slocombe to smith - I'd get rid of smith by any means possible, prefer see Andre Junior).

Smith, Lines and Nichols would be my 3 to go along with the inevitable cashing in of Lockyer and Sercombe.

We need to move on players on good money, otherwise it’s not worth doing. The problem is that it’s harder to move these players on, for obvious reasons, especially if they are underachieving.
In an ideal world we lose:
Upson - not an awful player but we have enough options in midfield Payne - rightly or wrongly he is out of favour with the fans and will take a lot for him to turn it round Nicholls - can’t fault his effort but we need better and we need strikers who have the confidence to get into goalscoring areas Reilly - clearly not rated as good enough at present by DC so no point in keeping him Smith - just clearly doesn’t seem good enough and must also be on a fair wedge given that he wasn’t signed as a number 2.
