I'll be there.
Do I agree with U23 being involved? No, but I honestly don't think fans staying away is going to make any difference. It's not like these games ever got great attendances before.
All that aside, this match could be a defining moment in our season. Win this and our chances of survival will greatly improve in my opinion. Not to mention the much needed financial gain. Considering the position we find ourselves in it would give the team a massive boost to get to Wembley.
I assume even those choosing not to attend are praying for a Rovers win because it will make no difference to the future of the competition whether it's Rovers or Sunderland in the final.

Standing up for the future of lower league football isn't good reason? FFS Peter. Yeah we get your opinion mate, it's getting boring now. You're not going, why don't you just leave it at that? Glad to learn my thoughts are being heard. This a forum for debate, discussion and thoughts which I'm contributing to. I'll challenge anyone who questions the merit of not supporting the competition and that supporters are just passive consumers that can't collectively shape evolution of the game.

Boycott aside, it's highly detable it'll have a positive impact on our league campaign. It'll mean another mid week game which is far from ideal and another 90 minutes in a busy schedule. Our next two league games should take absolute priority over Tuesday night, that's for sure.

I've not attended any of these games so far,but I still want Rovers to win on Tuesday. UTG I haven’t either. Do I want us to win ? It’s a difficult question really because I don’t care for the competition and I don’t care what happens in it.

Surely all boycotters will want us to win as it would avoid a Pompey vs Sunderland sell out which would give the EFL total confidence in the competition.
At least if we get to Wembley, there will be more than a few empty red seats and we’ll get all the prize money and matchday revenue which will help us improve the team in the summer whether that be for L1 or L2. That said it would mean us all having to put up with another month of the heated debate and division from posters surrounding the cup.
