In reality, there's little the fans can do apart from not bothering to go unless changes are made. For decades, the fans have put up with mediocrity and for once the first half of this season we started to believe that Championship football was a realistic prospect.
That dream has been taken away and the slump has been brutal. I can understand fans starting to find other things to do rather than trip down to the Mem and watch that mess. Some of us also have long journeys to make before we even get to Bristol. Why bother when the club's owners don't seem too concerned about the way things have turned out?

I am all discombobulated now! How can anyone expect me to work after you have mentioned the Goddess Sandra ?

What if every supporter joined the share scheme?
Didn't that say we needed 5432 members to buy all the allocated ring fenced shares. (They played the 5-4-3-2-1 song a lot anyway.)

I don't think boycotting games is the answer. The club needs all the money it can get, and I'm assuming cashflow is not healthy.
For those who want to be heard, a matchday demo or show of strength could b the answer, either in the stadium or outside before the match. This would let the owners know that the fans are not happy.
Trouble is someone would have to organise it, publicise it, rally the troops and coordinate it on the day.
Even if someone were willing to do all that, and I nominate Baggins, most people would ignore it and walk right past to get a swift pint before kickoff.
No other rebellion like alternative action groups meeting in the Welly seems to have worked, and I fear this would go the same way.
But let's give Baggins his chance, and I'll be there on the day waving my banner and shouting a bit.

Crowdfund for modest stadium upgrades as I believe we once did with the North terrace roof. Lobby/petition the club to sell the land we're never going to do anything with in Almondsbury in order to fund modest stadium upgrades.
Longer term, found a fit for purpose SC ready to reform the club if it can't be made sustainable and goes under.

I remember being told years ago when I was worried about a small crowd not to worry about the players 'because the more that stay away, the harder they should play'...funny how things said 50 odd years ago stick in your mind.

Against Chester the fans turned their backs on the match under Atkins.
No abuse, just a very deliberate statement.

There's one thing that would work; don't come to the game. Falling attendances is the only thing that owners listen to. Most of them anyway. Wael certainly does.

The board don't want any outside help from crowd funding etc apparently. markczgas can confirm.
