Are transfers in / out part of Garner or the football club?

Are transfers in / out part of Garner or the football club? I wouldn't credit BG with that. I think that is mainly on TW's head. Think Garner just probably says the type of players hes after. I guess he would have a say though. Like Daly for example must be his signing I should think.

Plenty of good off the field development gone on in the last year
I applaud the direction the club is looking to go, develop youth, strong academy, top training facilities and a style of play that has a continued theme
Managers come and go.
If we get a stadium announcement soon and remain in League 1 this season I’ll consider that progress? You?

Pretty much the same as when he took over.

Off the field - yes, we're building a new training ground and I believe Garners made some changes such as creating an analysis department, which should help going forward.
On the field - No not yet, last season we obviously quite a substantial drop off in form after he had replaced Coughlan. This season, it's too early to tell as we haven't played a minute of league football yet.

Not forgetting a downward spiral from a realistic promotion position to a likely relegation battle if it was a 4 clubs down normal season. Out of two cups in next to no time, a playing style that was baffling to say the least and a team that clearly had given up the fight as soon as they realised the manager was clueless. We are, unfortunately, witnessing a brilliant example of how not to appoint a manager.

I've asked this in another thread but with no answer. Hoping starting this thread will alert some of his supporters. Bloody good question. Interested to read the answers. It doesn’t seem to me that he has...yet. Last season’s problems are still here, just a different set of players. Imo long term his being given the summer will be seen as re-arranging deck chairs on the titanic.

If we get a stadium announcement soon and remain in League 1 this season I’ll consider that progress? You? 100% correct but how much of that is down to BG? I would say little at most and proberly most likely none at all. I think that the quality of players brought to the club are better than thoses here before BG took over, but is that he work or TW's....? I like the long term vision our club now has, but BG has to stop the talk and walk the walk and get results.ASAP

I think the general quality of player has improved. I.e Ehmer, Grant, Westbrooke and Nicholson
I think the way in which we are trying to play is an improvement.
I think the philosophy in which the club want to go down is an improvement.
A small progress on those fronts
I will reserve judgement until after we've played some league games this season before anything else

Sorry but this thread is ridiculous.
Just because some people don’t believe sacking Garner right away is the right decision, you want to highlight your point even more by creating yet another thread on the subject?
Why can’t people have different opinions on the subject and just leave it at that?

Since returning to league 1 we have been nothing better than a bang average side with below average stadium and training facilities, above average debt and a squad of players that in many cases were overpaid relative to their abilities.
This season we a have below average debt, a soon to be open decent training facility and a much better balanced payroll. I accept ability is still to be proved, but not many complained about the signings when announced.
Before the first league ball is kicked we are no better or no worse than any other team in the league.
We need a couple more to fill out the squad but I'm happy to wait - desperation always inflates the price.
I've seen progress and I'm optimistic.
Will we win at Sunderland and Doncaster, probably not, so I won't be panicking if we are 0 from 9 after 3 games. Change takes time.

I've asked this in another thread but with no answer. Hoping starting this thread will alert some of his supporters. Are we going to get a similar thread every day?? We all know he hasn't, but most understand even if he's system works it well take time. That's why a lot say give him about 10 games, although I think 6-8 would be enough to see. I know your going to say about last season again. But we have to judge from now. You couldn't play a passing game with that squad. He should have played to the squad strengths, but then again, how would he know who was worth keeping for his system, if he played that way. Hopefully things will get better, we will have to see. But it's pointless banging on about the same stuff. You can argue he has brought in good players. They have all said they signed as they like what he's trying to do. They would say that though, even if they signed for the money or for first team football.

Genuine answer; Wael and Starnes will hopefully learn much from this whole episode and be more discerning with their future managerial appointments. We all make mistakes, what matters is that we learn from them.
