Yep wonder why they never say what they would do😆 Remember Starmer seeks call for a Firebreak in November well is little mate in Wales thought it was a great idea and did it,end result we now have the highest infection rates in the UK and a total lockdown looming post Xmas. Funny Starmers never mentioned it again. Spot on Trevor. As a resident of Carmarthenshire the Labour Welsh government don't know their ass from their elbow. If people in England think Boris has cocked up, Drakeford and his boss Starmer have managed to go one better. Dont start me on Dickford a 3rd rate politician if ever there was one, what's with you can't have an alcoholic drinks with a meal but you can have a soft drink, complete arsehole and as for Vaughan G......aargh! !!

Add to that the 'invisible' Shadow Home Secretary - no surprise there with his constituency in South Wales. And Sir Keir Hindsight whipping his party to abstain from voting on Covid restrictions- an absolute disgrace - as a credible opposition party they're a joke.

I thought this was a football forum .... but go on I will bite.
Did we not end up having a firebreak ( lockdown ) in November ? I actually think Starmer suggested having it earlier than that and it would have included October half term when kids were home anyway.
I wonder how high it would be if you had not had it ? Clearly everyone including Boris agree that the most effective way to stop the virus is lockdown, the catch is the economic impact and the fact it is pretty boring :-)
Still at least Boris got Brexit Done ........ Oh hang on .....

Oh hang on ..... October half term, both weekends and two days of inset day allocation. Schools miss only a few days but the country has a 14 day lockdown. Would really need the whole country to be in board.

Ive got the masks, a bullet prof jacket, a solid oak walking stick that I don't actually need, and the trusty old sports direct bag to carry all the sh** home in.... I'm prepared my friend....

Let's keep it Rovers related please.
Or rather, let's not make this political.
Again.

You have misconstrued the situation: socially, politically, morally, ethically; notwithstanding the contradictory rambling drivel of an addled mind, your opinions are valued, but maybe post them elsewhere. It would save us the bother of having to trawl through such pious claptrap in the hope of reading some Gas related matters. My post was a response to another poster regarding what we can do despite the confusion and mess the government have made and are still making of the pandemic situation in this country. I think you may have got my post mixed up with another because I wasn’t talking to you. No, not mixed up with another post. I come on here to read Rovers related news and discussion. I do not like to have to trawl through endless drivel and political diatribe.

Also my post you were referring to got 6 likes where as your reply didn’t get any so whilst I can appreciate your entitled to your opinion so am I and I stand by what I said.
