So resetting the reset begins now.
What changes do you think we will see in the summer?

TW gone Some of the historic coaches gone I think whilst BP didn't think so, I think there will be a mass player overhaul. JB will not stand for the majority who haven't shown up...
I cannot wait for this pile of.... To be over

Jaakola won't play in League 2.
Nicholson won't either.
McCormick wont be here, he'll be at a Championship club or at the very least a decent League 1 outfit.
Leahy may stay.
They're the only 4 that have any credibility whatsoever.
A whole new team will need to be assembled.
Edit: Brandon Hanlan I feel deserves another chance with a strike partner too.
Plus a few of the young lads, Zain Walker, Martinez, Mehew, Hargreaves etc to be given a chance

I would love to see a MASS clear out - out of contract / the crap still in contract -
I’m not sure there is anyone I would want to keep - maybe Nicholson and Anssi.
I think I want JB to stay but truly expecting him to walk away.

A team that has some identity with the club and fanbase and.also never ever go down the route of thinking you can reinvent the wheel in lower league football

It's important Wael gives a good budget and the focus is on attacking / wide players. Don't forget we still got tons of defenders / mids still under contract not breaking sweat. A very difficult job..

This season and the fabled DNA-project have been a catastrophe of epic proportions. I can't quite believe disastrous it has been. My fear is that we have been in such poor form for so long, that we'll continue that form into next season and face another struggle to stay in the football league.

Swap him for jch and we stay up easily. Hanlon is toothless, physically weak, mentally weak and one of the worst forwards to have led the line for the gas in history

Hanlon was never a striker before so it was unfair to expect him suddenly bang in 20.

I think I've changed my mind and can now see Barton leaving very soon. It's all well and good to go down fighting, but this is looking like abject surrender. Joey, the players and the Board seem to have lost interest in each other and everything else, especially Joey. Which is not ideal from your manager.
Maybe a treasure chest of cash might keep Barton here, but that won't happen because the money won't be there in L2 and I'm not sure Wael would want to waste what there is on the latest of our terrible managers.
I think just staying up next season will be something of an achievement.

To say he's one of the worst Strikers to play for the Gas is nonsense. He's scored 9 in 39 games with literally zero assistance from anybody else. Tom Nichols for example only scored 4 in 117.

Teams that come straight back usually keep the majority of the squad if the team relegated had a bit of spirit and skill. Unfortunately we dont so it will be at least two seasons in never never land.

I know he is with Finland but being number 3 with them doesn’t IMO mean he has to be playing at the highest level possible. Had he been 5 years younger or more then I would be worried and tbh he still may decide to move on but part of me thinks he will still be here next season 🤞🤞🤞

Widdrington won't go. He is a director. What planet you on? I just pray Jussi, Sammy, Leahy stay. McCormick will def go. I'd get rid of Hanlan... Ayunga has more promise for me.

Why spend next season in a remote outpost playing div 2 when he has plenty of choice in that division or conference closer to home. Better stadia and no travelling.
