If you don’t speed then you don’t need to worry about it.. That doesn’t make sense. How do you know if you’re speeding if you don’t look at your Speedo. I’ve had 2 in 23 years snd religiously stick to speed limits, as previously described, caught twice doing 5mph over where it was either absent mindedness or poor visibility. Not being caught being deliberately reckless. I think those with jobs which involve driving will recognise. If you’re driving to the newsagents once a week in your corsa then it’s easy enough ;-) You only need to glance for a split second at your speed, not stare at it. People whore staring at it are doing to because either they’re slowing down or not confident enough to maintain a steady speed. Don’t get me wrong, those who have jobs which involve driving I understand because you want to spend as little time as possible driving, but that’s a deliberate act to speed to get somewhere quicker. What I’m saying though is if someone is staring at the metre constantly worrying if you’re going 30 or 35 and you can’t tell the difference of increase in speed or higher revs, then they’re probably not a very good driver
