I thought I’d look at the positive side of the club over the last few months as it seems there is a real feel good feeling about the club lately, feel free to add yours.
Training ground well up and running and looking good.
Tom Gorringe new CEO bringing a freshness and ambitious look to the club.
Wael Al Qadi really digging deep to cover the money lost during Covid. We really are lucky to have him in my opinion.
Supporters Club changing personnel and overcoming their differences with our owner as well as forging new relationships.
Halloween and Christmas parties a real success giving our youngest fans a lot of fun.
The Community Trust, well I don’t have to say how incredible Adam Tutton and his team have been, absolutely outstanding.
Attendances on the rise with what appears a lot of youngsters among us.
Captain Gas returning which doesn’t sound much but the kids love that stuff.
A hard working, determined group of players who never give up and do what every fan expects: give their all for the shirt.
A management team that seem to work really well together with specialist coaches/analysts producing a pretty attractive style of football.
Progress in results meaning we are at last looking up the table not down.
Some good signings in the transfer window, including some early business for once.
The match day food/drinks stalls trying something new and looking popular.
I gotta add Pete Weymouth at the club shop who seems to eat and sleep Rovers and really going beyond his duties.
Hope you agree. UTG!

Love that list - I would add:-
Medical Team who are skilled, experienced and dedicated. Really on the ball with looking after the players, it sounds like they're really good on the psychological side of things too, keeping those with long-term injuries engaged and upbeat.

Seems to me we are in an upward trajectory, everyone is more United now, perhaps we are going to have a few seasons in the sun.
I haven't been drinking, but I think if we get promoted this year, we will operate near the top of league 1 next season if wyscum can do it there is no reason why we can't.

I’d go as far to say Barton’s recruitment has been the best of any manager we’ve had since Holloway. By that I mean ability wise we are signing some absolutely cracking players on the whole and I’m really impressed with the sort of signings he’s been able to attract to coming here. Previous managers have signed decent players don’t get me wrong but on the whole I’m really impressed with the calibre of player he’s been able to attract.

Completely agree. We’ve spent 20 plus years being mainly awful with more downs than up so the club needed a whole Root and branch review, tear up and start again if we ever wanted to achieve anything as a club. Wether Barton stays or not I think he’s set the roots for the next manager to take on an upward and progressive club.

Big Jock is back too and no-one has fallen out today. May I ask if the work on the modifications/extensions at the Quarters are underway yet?

A few more….
Progress of the Gas Girls, who not only continue to win, but their off the pitch work helping others in lockdown and kids parties at The Mem.
Waels generosity in paying for supporters to travel to Scunthorpe.
The amount of our players getting involved in off the field activities such as the mental health evening, Fit Fans etc.
The quality of online media created by our own fans such as GasCast, One Rovers Vlogs etc

Wish he would paint that bedroom though. Peach? Yuk! Oh and just sit back a bit. Gets right up in your face with that big bearded chin. Apart from that I love it.
