Just putting some thoughts on paper. How lucky are we to have these two at the helm. Wael - such an unassuming, genuine, and super generous owner who clearly has a deep affiliation with the club, has made us debt free through the share consolidation, delivered a training ground and continues to back Joey with Marquis and Macca clearly we were up against others and outbid them.
And with Tom G, a young, dynamic CEO who’s trying to take us to the next level.
When you hear the horror stories of other clubs, and our past, sometimes we have to realise what a crest of a wave we are going through at present. UTG.

Is this a competition for the most sycophantic post of the year?

Don’t get me wrong it could be a lot worse but he’s taken a very good league two team (gaining promotion) to a mid table (at best league one team) the biggest need when he turned up was a new stadium and we are somehow further away from that than when he started. Still could be worse and he’s a lovely bloke

Miserable bunch you lot are. Suppose that’s why beating Oxford gets 16 pages and losing to Pompey gets 27. So easy to moan but can’t give credit when it’s due.

There are more things to debate and talk about when we lose, after a win you normally just post once praising the teams performance before logging off. That's just the way it is. Numerous threads have been posted on here praising Wael and Tom Gorringe, they're just usually posted after somethings happened.

Gasheads will mostly be forever grateful for how Wael has bankrolled us when he first came in but also after he took over fully from his brothers. Most notably as well the provision of the training facilities.
Tom G has seemingly made the club more professional. In some aspects that has been a life saver for the club, others I’m still personally a little unconvinced by but the intention has always been of the right faith.
However the legacy of both will ultimately be if they can break the duck of actually getting the gas a new stadium.

Until they deliver a new stadium then we can say they have achieved things
