For me it's a certainty and I know this post is a massive negative and we are still in September but this has all the makings of disaster written all over it and I'm not just talking about the football on the pitch. Take away our poor luck with injuries so far and look at the bigger picture and I see for 1 that JBs signings this season are his 4th or 5th choice down the line of main targets if not further 🤔2 and again I will be shut down for saying this but (Wael) needs to employ a man who has the knowledge of running a football club and who can make off the field decisions and push this club forward. For all his so say money and debt he's cleared for the club he has no sense on how to progress a football club and we/he is losing 84k per week at Rovers so where is the future for him and us financially? I can see Joey walking by January and personally I don't lay the blame with him for our poor start but Wael has been here long enough and I can't see him being any different than the previous when it comes to progression off the field. With many places to build a stadium and the option to redevelop our current ground we still see and hear nothing good and I'm afraid we are going back to league two.

Your post can be summed up as: You do not blame Barton. Wael needs to employ someone to run the club. Barton told everyone that he is running the show so both your points are nonsense.

We have a long season ahead of us, don't panic until we get a fully fit squad and if we are then losing when they come back, then PANIC.

Relegation under Garner was equally as apparent this early in the season.

Funny what a difference four months makes. Back then in May all was well and we were on a roll..nailed on for the Championship.
Now the tickets are sh!t, the beer is sh!t, last season's squad are sh!t (even Belly!), the food is sh!t, the new loanees and signings are sh!t, the backroom staff are sh!t, JB is sh!t and the stadium is,.of course, as ever,......sh!t.

You are right though, we are definitely relegation fodder, but it is Barton's fault. Not the squad underperforming? Buck stops at the top in regards to team performance. My philosophy would be to either know and trust a system and during times of injury play the best available player to suit OR to pick a system that would best suit the players I had currently available. Either option would seem sensible. Neither option appears to be being used by Barton. Do not misunderstand me. I am not saying we are sure to be relegated, but I can see little else than an outright relegation fight this season. I am not a betting man, but I believe we will be relegated if nothing changes. September is a ridiculous time to panic however as much can improve.

"I can see Joey walking by January and personally I don't lay the blame with him for our poor start"
Why don't you lay any blame with JB, he's employed all his own coaches and signed all his own players including transfer fees for McCormick and Rossiter, he's also never complained Wael hasn't backed him this summer, plus Wael's only this week employed Eddie Jennings as Director of Football Operations. I'm not really sure what more Wael could do to back JB?
The ground situation is irrelevant to surviving in L1 this season, as even if we decided to rebuild the Mem work wouldn't start this season.

Defensively we are utter dross.
Midfield we lack balance - a sprinkling of attacking players ,but Rossiter has been meh at best and Coutts looks like his legs have finally caught up with him now he’s another year older and in a division higher.
Loft is decent and a good L1 squad player, Collins is our star man.
But overall I’d say our best starting 11 is about a 6 to 6.5 out of 10.
Factor in the injuries (to players with known injury problems who could end up missing practically the whole season for all we know) and we’re not only currently more like a 3 out of 10, but could continue to be so too.

What’s your plans for now till next august. Hopefully not gas involved. Leave the room. Told my stepson today that he’s turned into 1 of them moaners I don’t want to stand next to. That went down well. Just so I know for next time… does my east terrace season ticket let me go in the away when not occupied?. Gen question.
