I know it's already been said, but that really was a brilliant game of football, an excellent advert for bottom division rubbish. Two excellent goals from Argull, the second may not have happened if Gibson did not clear it to their player, Gibson's reaction afterwards said it all. Despite Argull thinking they are football science in action, they were comprehensively outplayed once the Gas got a grip Two excellent goals from the Gas, could have and should have been more, Muff were hanging on for the bulk of the second half. A point was probably the best outcome for them. F 'em !!! You're so wrong - they controlled most of the second half. I know that because their player Wilson said so in a video on YouTube. LOL.

just had a look at Pasoti, JacobS is stupid enough to be a sh*thead. No thuggery from the Gas, if anything too soft Admit your team were comprehensively outplayed, no long ball hoofery, no thuggery, no nastiness, just outplayed. Their fans so obviously understand the game and it's subtle nuances. Both our goals were just long balls over the top, especially the second one. LOL.

Long ball meaning, pinging it into the channels which were completely exposed time & time again both sides. Alrighty then😄😄

If that isn't true class I don't know what the **** is. How many back heels? You've got to be pretty blinkered not to see that and yet they still maintain that they supplied the moments of class.

It must be true because he was one of those who got booked and then did everything he could to get one of our players booked as well several times. He knows all about thuggery I guess.

Thanks for posting, good read Funny was thinking about the atmosphere thing whilst watching the EFL highlights. so many grounds seem dead, with too big grounds, or badly designed sucking the life out of it. For all its faults (lots) in does create an atmosphere when needed! Also true, its hard for away fans to create one, Argyle the best in recent times tho tbf

When Liverpool ping a 50 yard ball in to the channel for Salah to run on to its applauded by Liverpool supporters because they know it’s a good play which has won them countless matches and it’s applauded on match of the day.. When a lower league club does it the opposition fans call it hoof ball. I don’t think we’re long ball and I don’t think we’re Tika taka we mix it up and vary our style from game to game and from half to half often too. Perhaps Plymouth didn’t go long as often as we did but perhaps that’s because they haven’t got players in defence and midfield who can play a beaut of a 50 yard pass accurately to find a player to run on to. End of the day we were the better side over 94 minutes and had more shots too.

Perfect summary from you both, Joe is a very clever manager and is bringing his top flight football experience to the lower leagues. Not comparing him to Graham Potter but look at how he changes things all the time, and he has landed the Chelsea job.

Glad I’am not the only one who appreciated how good Rossiter was Saturday, in fact either Loft, Gordan or Rossiter would have been worthy winners of the man of the match. We are starting to see why he was so highly rated as a youngster at Liverpool & is doing a similar role for us like Kante does for Chelsea of breaking up play with his non stop workrate , winning the ball & then passing it forward to our strikers.

Another +1 for Rossiter from me. Awesome performance. I was aware of Rossiter from his younger days as a real promising talent - I'm surprised he's fallen into L1 but he's still fairly young. Hopefully this is where he gets fit for good. Our recruitment is top drawer.

Has got better and better this season, if he stays fit then we have a top L1 player on our hands

No incoming player is going to know how the team clicks or what their teammates need to thrive. New players coming in often look out of place and make others look the same. Evans for example looks far happier with Coutts in midfield.
