Bournemouth also had 17 point deduction in League 2 but saved by a local business man and the rest was history as they say. The point is to treat each division as a new project, improve the team and club infrastructure and hope for a large slice of luck!! And a very good manager helps.

The cost of football today is just astonishing to me, yet still the fans come and pack out the stadiums, so the prices will keep on rising. A season ticket for Norwich, compared to 1981 prices and adjusted for inflation should cost £120 today. In fact it's £500. And it's not just the Premier league affected. This piece in the Mirror is interesting. Well, it is to me anyway. www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/premier-league-tickets-how-much-7337506
