Does anyone know if the club has any plans to make the away end and part of the dribuild (uncovered standing) sheltered ? Or the uncovered section adjacent to the Blackthorn for that matter. Surely they could rig up a canvas roof from the Dribuild structure and the Blackthorn and floodlight pylon? It it can't be right that people get soaked watching professional football in the 21st century. I believe the reason that none of the uncovered east terrace has ever been given a roof, is that it would block the view of part of the pitch from some of the seats.

This means visibility is improved allowing a larger capacity. Daft rules eh!

this all begs the question: if the stand in the south west corner was a good idea then, and it's a good idea now, why was it ever removed? it can only be about income from travelling support?

With average gates around 5000/6000 then I doubt there was a need for another extra 500+ seats, given the South Stand was mainly empty before we were relegated to the Conference? As far as the ground capacity being increased to over 12,000 surely we need to seek planning permission for the changes?

We'll be fully aware of what boxes we have to tick to pass whatever safety requirements/rules/hoops we have to jump through. Should be a formality if we've done our homework .

No rush, experience suggest we only need it for the last 5 or 6 home games ;-)

Yep, seat STs are sold out, and there's only a limited number of pay-per-match seats in the South Stand.

On one condition, Matty Taylor stays.
