3k for subbing Roos after 2 minutes by the looks of it. Absolutely f@cking ridiculous.

the sweet irony about this is that whilst trying to make an example of clubs who broke their rules all they are doing is drawing attention to the fact that these clubs don't give a chuffc about their competition, and therefore making an example of themselves....

Absolute Chuffing disgrace. And to think that Luton fielded their youth team in one of their matches and actually won the game.
Of course our resident sh*thead on the FA is saying that he (Scudamore) wants the same format for next year. And to think that Exeter and Yeovil among others actually think it has been a success.
If the under 23's or whatever they are can opt in or out, why can't the rest of us?. More to the point, why should they field foreign players? It's meant to be helping OUR national side.
Perhaps clubs that don't want to be in this heap of crap can join together and fund a law suit to sue Scudamore PERSONALLY.
Once a sh*thead, always a sh*thead.

Be glad when this incarnation of the competition dies, it's a waste of time.

It really is the Mickey Mouse Cup now - Checkatrade must delighted to be associated with a competion which has generated so much negativity this season.

EFL seem to want to fine us for 'transgressions that were not within the spirit of the rules '. Would win any legal appeal ...it's the EFL's fault if they did not deal with substitutes in the rules not our fault. I hope any appeal is logged on principle even if it costs a few quid. The EFL seems to be loosing the plot...

I hope the club use the famous Private Eye - "if the nature of our response is '* off', what is the nature of your response?". This from the organisation that sends one clueless clown after another to referee matches. Chatting last night at the game it was agreed no one watches or gives a toss about England anyway.

I hope the club appeal against this farcical decision.
If we involve a legal team, I hope and pray it is not the legal team used by the previous regime.

I'm sure I've heard something about "spirit of the law" and "contractual obligation" before, in relation to BRFC, which didn't work out in our favour. Now, what was that about....anyone remember?

It's different to the Blackpool/Holloway situation as we actually abided by the rules, the EFL can't just make it up as they go along!

I would hope that the efl give them their money back to be honest....

All clubs who have been fined should refuse to enter next year's competition!

I hope Gasheads that attended these matches are glad they supported the competition now. What a Dam shambles.
