Anyone know who the builder will be? Does it really matter as it's hardly a major construction compared to the stadium build? Although will it have even gone out to tender if we only got pp today. Unless Wael has got his priorities wrong then doesn't this mean the UWE talks are still progressing, as it seems pointless having a state of the art training ground whilst still playing at a run down lower league stadium.

Funny that our official website has still not mentioned the confirmation of the go ahead for the training ground.

Funny that our official website has still not mentioned the confirmation of the go ahead for the training ground. Is steve hamer getting his santa sack out? Will Wael come down the chimney in the club house behind the Thatchers end with a joint announcement? Is this Christmas the christmas?

Funny that our official website has still not mentioned the confirmation of the go ahead for the training ground. I have to admit that seeing that there is nothing on the Facebook page,Twitter page or website about this, whilst other updates have been added, is making me a little nervous about this.

I have been waiting for official confirmation , it does seem slightly odd I must admit !

Standard clauses for majority of planning permissions. Don't worry.

Can this Decision be Appealed like the Mem's, if so, as there got to be a period where the club just waits to make there isn't going to be an Appeal before buying the land/starting work?

Obviously in an ideal world we'd have both sorted within the next couple of years. But I think we're still better off having just the training ground than neither of them. UTG!
